ABOUT THE BONNIE HUNT SHOW

Winner of the Gracie Award for "Outstanding Talk Show" by the Foundation of Women in Radio and Television, "The Bonnie Hunt Show," kicks off its highly anticipated second season this September!

Bonnie Hunt is one of the most relatable and likeable talk show hosts in daytime today. Bonnie's genuine interest in her guests' lives, her down to earth sensibilities and her quick wit really set her apart from the pack.

Bonnie excels in offering an authentic straight from the heart point of view with intelligent humor. From all things entertainment to everything that's happening in the news, Bonnie speaks with her audience and crew about anything and everything that's on her mind. The top of the show is appointment television for viewers looking for a smart, funny, common sense reaction to the complicated world in which they live. Viewers get to see first-hand where Bonnie gets her humor when they are treated to live webchats with her Mom in the hugely popular segment, "Ask Alice."

Everything that Bonnie has done in her life has prepared her for this role. From her working class roots in Chicago and her time as a nurse, to her training at Second City and her success in movies such as "The Green Mile," "Jerry Maguire," "Return to Me," and "Cheaper by the Dozen." Bonnie's authenticity in the many characters she's played has made her everyone's favorite best friend, sister and mom.

Growing up in a large, blue-collar family, Bonnie was instilled with the work ethic that has made her successful and a gift of gab that makes her so entertaining. As with her family, Bonnie deeply cares for her viewing audience, making them a part of the show no matter if they are in studio or getting their letter read on air in "Mail From You Guys." From the inspiring to the amazing; from small town heroes to Hollywood's biggest stars; and from charismatic kids to America's funniest comedians; viewers won't always know what to expect, but it's an experience they'll never forget.

As an actress, writer, producer and director, Bonnie has earned the respect of everyone in the industry including the biggest stars in Hollywood. "The Bonnie Hunt Show" is a place where celebrities can feel safe, let their guard down and have a good time.
