Are you having a hard time getting to sleep? Do you find your mind wandering and yourself tossing and turning? Paul has some simple rules that can help you get on the right path to a restful night sleep. Click here to see them.

]]> All you need to set yourself up for a wonderful night's sleep every night.

Get up regularly half an hour earlier than your usual desired getting-up time.
Go to bed only when you are sleepy.
Don't take any naps during the day.
At least three times a week, exercise for at least 20 minutes.
Finish eating at least three hours before you go to bed.
Don't have any caffeine after 2 p.m.
Cut out alcohol.
Switch off the TV one hour before you go to bed.
Do only three things in bed: sleep, make love, and use "I Can Make You Sleep" book or CD.
If you are awake in bed for more than twenty minutes, get up and do something boring.
Keep your bedroom dark at night.
Have a warm, comfortable bed in a room that is not too hot.
Don't watch the clock.
Use "I Can Make You Sleep" CD.
