375 mL bottle of Bistro Blends of Napa Valley Inc., Fig Balsamic Vinegar
750 mL bottle of White Zinfandel
1/2 pound of semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of butter

Start with a 750 mL bottle of white zinfandel. Then, add a 375 mL bottle of Blends of Napa Valley Inc., Fig Balsamic Vinegar. To the liquid, add a 1/2 pound of semi-sweet chocolate, a 1/2 cup of sugar and a 1/4 cup of butter. That's it. Let it get to a boil and then reduce heat. Keep an eye on it and stir occasionally to make sure it doesn't boil over and in about 45 minutes, it will be reduced by half. It should have the consistency of maple syrup.

Serve this amazingly simple recipe over fresh strawberries, sponge cake or even ice cream.
