I had a lot of problems with they uploads and so it took so long that all the coupons were redeemed. So being unemployed and stuggling I didnt buy one too expensive. But thanks for the offer.

I tried the Photworks giveaway which unfortunately didn't work for me. I did order a photobook anyway, after spending hours making it, I had to buy it.
I made an album for my Mom, her husband recently passed away & she never put her wedding photos into an album.
I got my photobook yesterday & it looks nothing like the beautiful one Bonnie showed on her show!
Unfortunately, Photoworks won't fix the photobook, or refund it.
What did you all do to make your photobooks look good? I really have no other option but to make a new photobook & hope for the best, because I still think it will be a perfect X-mas gift for my mom. Any photoworks pointers? Or maybe any other sites that you know have quality products--and hopefully good customer service if something does go wrong? Thanks!!

Hi Bonnie. I just got my book and it is so totally awesome. My little kitty's face covering an entire page is so precious I wish I could show you. I did a family album, including our new kitten. It is great quality and I can't believe it was totally free. Thank you Thank you Thank you. It was wonderful and you shouldn't feel bad about the angry mob, It took me a whole day to do it but I stuck with it and it worked. I guess they just didn't appreciate your fan base. Love your show.

Thank you for doing this free giveaway, my husband is in the military and everytime he deploys he likes to take pictures of me and our daughter with him but since we only have a digital camera I never print out our pictures, this book allowed me to take what was already on my computer and put it in a "photo album" just for him, family is so important to the military and now he can take us along with him everywhere he goes. This photobook was so easy to put together and fun too!! Thank you again!!!

First off, thank you soooo much Bonnie! My photobook is of my 2 year-old nephew and 6 week-old niece. I heard your generous offer and jumped right on the website. Did it take a while? Yes. Did I get frustrated? Sure. But I remained calm and I worked on it all day finding the "perfect" pictures, refreshing the page, and restarting my book. I recently lost my job in October and money has been tight, so when I finally got it finished I nearly started crying when even the shipping was free. Thank you Bonnie for being so wonderful and thinking of others in such hard times!

I spoke with a very nice customer service rep at Photoworks this morning.

He agreed that there had been some confusion about the promotion. Unfortunately Photoworks does not yet have the capability to switch the book I prepared ($30) to the book covered by the promotion ($40).

He did tell me that there are plenty of the coupons left. I highly recommend that you visit the homepage www.photowrks.com and click on the little blue promotion box about half way down the page. This will take you to the correct photo book.

I just wanted to say that I LOVE your show and thank you very much for the photo book. I took this blessing and created a wonderful album for my family. I haven't been able to afford printing out our digital photos for awhile because of hard times. Because you gave us this blessing I was able to put our favorite and memorable photos into an album instead of just storing them on the computer or camera.THANK YOU VERY MUCH again!!!!!

I am sad that some people are leaving such angry messages about the code being filled or it taking so long, etc. These are the kind of comments that make people not want to make these kind of WONDERFUL, FREE offers. I understand that it would be upsetting to get to the end and find out the code could no longer be used, but the price of the book is very reasonable even if you pay for it. Happy Holidays, folks...can we try to keep the spirit of the season in mind and not take out our frustrations on people who did something so nice for us? I think Photoworks rocks for giving away 25,000 free books - who can afford to do that these days? I don't care how long it took, I think it's awesome.

I suggest to everyone to keep trying. The photoworks site just seems to be hit extremely hard. I too got the error that there were no more codes available for yesterday. So I tried again at 12AM CST and the site took the code. I was working on the book at least 3-4 hours because the site was sooo slow.

I finally got my email confirmation and can't wait to see the memory book that I've created for my family.

Your show airs for me at 12pm EST. I started trying to upload photos around 1ish. The site kept crashing, I presume from so many of your fans trying to get a book. I finally got my photos uploaded this evening, but kept getting interrupted with dinner and homework and the normal mom stuff of a 9 year old, 1 year old & my grandfather (an 89 year old WWII vet). So I finally finished my book at 2am EST.

I received the following message:

I tried to call their help #, but as was expected they are not 24/7. I will try to call in the morning, but I anticipate that it is probably a lost cause.

I too got the error message but I just retried it and it went through!!! YAY!! Thanks Bonnie. This was great!! I was able to make an awesome photobook of all the places I took my niece and nephews this summer to give my brother and sister in law for Christmas!!

Keep trying! I just got done with my book at 10:45 MST The site was super slow but you just have to keep trying! If you get the error message, I suggest re-sending it!

Bonnie, thank you soooooo much! I did have many frustrations with the site ( the least of which was the online help) but I was one of the lucky ones!! We get photo books in addition to scrapbooking for our only child (easier to spoil;-). I love your show and hope continued success!!

Agreed that the free photobook is a very nice idea but it did not yet work for me either. I was able to get my photos uploaded but have tried all day to add the pictures to a photo book but was unable to because of the site. Before Photoworks offers a free book during your show, watched by bunch of stay at home moms, they should be prepared to handle the traffic or email a personalized code to users to make the book once the traffic slows down.

What a great idea to all of us to make for our loved ones..... BUT.... wait for it...... The site crashed all day long,took hours to just get the photographs on the site and then I went to finally make my book it froze 5 times.
As a person on disability I was going to give my mom a gift of some of my best photos but I couldn't get the site to work. I realize it isn't your fault the site crashed,what I am wondering is why photoworks.com wasn't prepared for the huge crush of people taking you up on this fantastic offer. your show is one of the best shows on day time TV. you would think they would be prepared for the onslaught. I will try tomorrow to see if it works better, I hope so my mom loves the pictures I take.
