"BONNIE'S FAN-TASTIC VOYAGE SWEEPSTAKES" Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. The "BONNIE'S FAN-TASTIC VOYAGE SWEEPSTAKES" ("Sweepstakes") starts at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on 11/9/09 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (PT) on 11/20/09 ("Sweepstakes Period"). The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is ALD Productions, Inc., 3500 West Olive Avenue, Suite 1000, Burbank, CA 91505 (the "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes consists of ten (10) daily prize random drawings ("Daily Prize Random Drawings") and one (1) Grand Prize random drawing ("Grand Prize Random Drawing"). See below for specific entry periods of Daily Prize Random Drawings and Grand Prize Random Drawing. The Sweepstakes shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.

ELIGIBILITY:

SWEEPSTAKES IS OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("ELIGIBILITY AREA"), WHO AS OF THE DATE OF THEIR ENTRY INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID OUTSIDE THE ELIGIBILITY AREA AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

Employees (and their families) of Sponsor, the Bonnie Hunt Show, broadcast licensees of The Bonnie Hunt Show, Time Warner, Warner Brothers Entertainment, Telepictures Productions, Inc., zakHill Group, LLC, West Coast Marketing, a division of The Susquehanna Hat Company ("West Coast Marketing") and all of their respective partners, parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, affiliates, trustees, franchisees, licensees, distributors, prize providers, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, representatives and agencies (collectively, the "Sponsor Entities") and those living in the household of same whether related or not are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes and/or win the Prizes (as defined below). By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by all terms of these Official Rules.

HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES:

During the Sweepstakes Period, watch The Bonnie Hunt Show during its regularly scheduled broadcast times (each referred to individually herein as the "Show" and collectively as "Shows"). During each Show, a word of the day ("Word of the Day") for the Show for the applicable day will be displayed. Consult your local listings for details of regularly scheduled broadcast times. Broadcast times are subject to schedule changes.

Once you have obtained that day's Word of the Day for one of the Shows, log onto www.bonniehunt.com (the "Entry Site") during that day's specific entry period (as detailed below) and follow the directions to provide your first and last name, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, e-mail address, the Word of the Day for that day and age verification. After you click "Submit" you will receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes ("Entry"). You may enter only one (1) time each day during the Sweepstakes Period.

THE WORD OF THE DAY INCLUDED AS PART OF YOUR ENTRY MUST HAVE BEEN DISPLAYED DURING THE BROADCAST OF THE SHOW ON THE SAME DAY THAT YOUR ENTRY IS SUBMITTED.

THERE IS A MAXIMUM OF ONE (1) ENTRY PER DAY PER PERSON AND PER EMAIL ADDRESS.

ANY ATTEMPTED ENTRIES FROM ANY PERSON OR EMAIL ADDRESS IN EXCESS OF THE STATED DAILY LIMIT SHALL BE DEEMED VOID. ENTRIES THAT ARE NOT A WINNER IN A DAILY PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING WILL NOT REMAIN ELIGIBLE FOR SUBSEQUENT DAILY PRIZE RANDOM DRAWINGS, BUT ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE GRAND PRIZE RANDOM DRAWING.

DAILY PRIZE AND GRAND PRIZE ENTRY PERIOD SCHEDULE

The database clock which controls the Entry Site will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.  

The Sponsor Entities, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s), and all of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, "Releasees") are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes; inability to access the Entry Site, or any web pages thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site (including the Entry Site) or for any other reason whatsoever; typographical, printing or other errors; or any combination thereof. Proof of entering information at the Entry Site is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. Illegible, incomplete, mechanically reproduced and entries in excess of the number stated above from any one (1) valid e-mail address and/or person will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. False, fraudulent or deceptive entries or acts shall render entrants ineligible. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Rules.

Privacy Information: By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to Sponsor's use of your personal information, as described in the Sponsor's Online Privacy Policy, located at the Entry Site.

NOTE: IN CASE OF ANY CONFLICT BETWEEN, ON THE ONE HAND, THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND ON THE OTHER HAND, THE SPONSOR'S ONLINE PRIVACY POLICY, THE TERMS OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL CONTROL.  

WINNER SELECTION:

Daily Prize Random Drawings: Potential Daily Prize winners will be selected in a series of daily random drawings to be held within seventy-two (72) hours of the conclusion of each of the Daily Prize entry periods from among all eligible Entries received for the specific Daily Prize random drawing.

Grand Prize Random Drawing: One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected from among all eligible Entries received for the Sweepstakes, in the Grand Prize Random Drawing, to be held on November 21, 2009

All random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its representatives, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning a prize in a specific random drawing are determined by the total number of eligible Entries for that specific random drawing. POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER WILL BE NOTIFIED BY TELEPHONE AT NO LATER THAN 5PM PST ON NOVEMBER 25, 2009 AT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. IF THE POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER IS NOT AVAILABLE, OR THERE IS NO ANSWER AT THE TELEPHONE NUMBER PROVIDED AT THE TIME OF ENTRY IN THE SWEEPSTAKES, THE POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER SHALL FORFEIT THE PRIZE AND SPONSOR MAY AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION SELECT AN ALTERNATE POTENTIAL GRAND PRIZE WINNER. VOICE MAIL OR OTHER MESSAGES WILL NOT BE LEFT AND CALLS WILL NOT BE REPEATED. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity and a W-9 form (individually and collectively "Required Paperwork") and provide photo submitted electronically within ten (10) days of date of issuance of notification. Once the Required Paperwork has been timely received, the potential Grand Prize winner shall be declared the Grand Prize winner of the Sweepstakes. Grand Prize winner's travel companions (or the travel companion's parent or legal guardian if said travel companion is a minor in the legal jurisdiction in which he or she resides) will also be required to execute and return a Release of Liability within this same deadline. If one of the Grand Prize winner's travel companions is a minor in the legal jurisdiction in which he or she resides, the parent or legal guardian of the minor who executed all required paperwork on such minor's behalf will be required to be one (1) of the Grand Prize winner's travel companions. A minor will not be allowed to participate in any portion of the Grand Prize travel without being accompanied by his or her parent or legal guardian.

Failure to respond to a notification or return Required Paperwork fully-executed in the required time period may result in a potential winner being disqualified and, at Sponsor's discretion, a subsequent drawing may be held to award the applicable prize. Return of a prize notification or prize as undeliverable for any reason or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in a potential winner being disqualified and, at Sponsor's discretion, a subsequent drawing may be held to award the applicable prize.

Daily Prize winners will be notified of winning with the delivery of their prize within thirty (30) days of the applicable random drawing. If any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable for any reason it will result in forfeiture of prize and an alternate may (at Sponsor's sole discretion) be selected.

Only one (1) Daily Prize will be awarded to any one (1) individual.

All Federal, state and local tax liabilities, if any, are the responsibility of the winners. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use the winner's name, likeness, picture, voice, biographical information and statements for publicity, advertising, trade and promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without additional compensation or limitation of any kind.

PRIZES:

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING PRIZE (1): The Grand Prize shall consist of a trip for Grand Prize winner and nine (9) additional people to Ft. Lauderdale, Florida ("Ft. Lauderdale") and a Royal Caribbean International Cruise ("Cruise"). The Grand Prize shall include the following:

(i) roundtrip (r/t) coach class airfare (via Southwest Airlines) between the major Contiguous Continental US gateway airport nearest Grand Prize winner's residence and Ft. Lauderdale;

(ii) seven (7) consecutive nights shipboard accommodations (consisting of five (5) balcony staterooms for two (2)) and standard provided meals on board the Oasis of the Seas sailing from Ft. Lauderdale (note: Cruise portion of Grand Prize awarded as a Cruise Certificate ("Certificate")); and

(iii) A VIP Package for each awarded stateroom, including:

a. One (1) bottle of Moet Chandon with welcome aboard note from Hotel Director and Captain
b. Terry Robes for use on board
c. Priority check-in
d. Priority Tender Tickets
e. Priority Ice Show Tickets
f. Priority Shore Excursions
g. Cheese Plate with Crackers prior to dinner
h. Plate of Petit Fours at turndown
i. Expedited Departure
j. Early Debark Tags
k. Concierge Lounge Access and full concierge access

The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $23,500 (specific value will be determined by market conditions on dates of travel booking).

Cruise is subject to the following terms and conditions:

a. Cruise does not include ground transportation or hotel accommodations
b. The Certificate is valid for new bookings only and is not transferable
c. Taxes, fees and fuel supplement charges are additional and are the responsibility of the Cruise recipient.
d. Stateroom category upgrades and 3rd and 4th guests in the same stateroom can be booked for additional fees, based on availability.
e. This Cruise does not include transportation, transfers or items of a personal nature such as shore excursions, beverages, gratuities, photographs, medical services, etc., and all necessary travel requirements, including documentation.
f. All rules that apply to guests purchasing a cruise apply to the Cruise Certificate holder, including the terms and conditions listed in the brochures and Cruise Ticket Contract.
g. This program is capacity controlled and certain blackout dates apply, these may include, New Years, Christmas, Easter/Passover/Holy week, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving.
h. Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. is not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, or destroyed certificates.
i. At least one (1) guest in each stateroom must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking.
j. Certificate will expire one (1) year from receipt.
k. Grand Prize winner and each travel companion must sign Royal Caribbean's guest ticket contract prior to being allowed to board the Cruise.

Effective June 1, 2009 only a valid passport (unless otherwise noted below) or other WHTI compliant document will be accepted for entry or re-entry into the United States. U.S. citizens on closed-loop cruises (cruises that begin and end at the same port in the U.S.) will be able to enter or depart the country with proof of citizenship, such as a birth certificate and laminated government issued picture ID, denoting photo, name and date of birth. Royal Caribbean International cannot accept guests who will have entered their 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of, or at any time during the cruise. A physician's "Fit to Travel" note is required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy.

Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable, and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize. Prize may not be upgraded, and no substitutions by winner will be allowed. Royal Caribbean reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be awarded and will remain the property of Royal Caribbean. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes.

Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companions are each solely responsible for any and all costs, other than those specifically stated here, that may be incurred or arise as a result of being awarded a prize. Such costs may include, but are not limited to all federal, state, local, or other government or quasi-governmental taxes and fees, airfare, hotel accommodations, fuel supplement charges, travel insurance, and items of a personal nature (i.e. shore excursions, passport fees, gratuities, alcoholic beverages, photographs, some entertainment, service fees, medical services, etc.).

Winners and guests are responsible for all travel documents (such as a passport and visa) required for travel. Royal Caribbean is not responsible for flight postponement or cancellation. Winner and guest must travel at the same time on the same itinerary.

Cruise prize is based on stateroom availability at time of booking. Cruise prize is awarded in the form of a Cruise Certificate. Cruise provided subject to the terms and conditions in Royal Caribbean International's guest ticket cruise contract, Cruise Certificate, and applicable brochure. Such terms and conditions of use that are listed on these documents include, but are not limited to the following: cruise must be booked a specified number of days prior to sailing and sailing must be completed within one year of Cruise Certificate issue date; certificate only applicable to cabin categories D and E; cruise may not be upgraded.

No guest under twenty-one (21) years of age will be booked in a stateroom unless accompanied by a person who is twenty-one (21) years or older. A parent or legal guardian must accompany all guests under the age of eighteen (18). Married couples who do not meet these age restrictions may, at Royal Caribbean's discretion, be permitted to sail.

Airfare is subject to the following terms and conditions:

a. Winner must be 21 years old and legal US resident.
b. Tickets do not include ground transportation
c. Tickets issued by Southwest Airlines will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration.
d. Expiration dates will not be extended, and tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen.
e. Tickets may not be sold to a third party.
f. No substitutions are allowed.
g. In the event the tickets are not awarded, for any reason, they will be returned to Southwest Airlines within 30 days.

Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companions must travel on the identical itinerary on dates approved by Sponsor. Travel must originate from and end at the same airport. Once travel commences, no stopovers are permitted; if stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. If Grand Prize winner lives within 100 miles of Ft. Lauderdale, as determined by Sponsor or its designee, the air fare portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and no additional prize element substituted. All travel elements are subject to availability. Grand Prize winner must give a minimum of forty-five (45) days advance notice of desired departure and all travel must be completed within one (1) year of awarding. Other travel restrictions may apply. Grand Prize winner and his or her travel companions are responsible for all travel documents (such as a passport and visa) required for travel. Travel will not be eligible for frequent flyer points or miles. Grand Prize winner and his or her travel guests are solely responsible for determining and obtaining all necessary travel documents and other travel requirements. No changes will be made to travel details once any portion of travel arrangements have been made, except at Sponsor's (or its designee's) sole discretion. Releasees are not responsible for changes in schedule of any element of the Grand Prize, and Releasees are not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. All taxes/fees and expenses in conjunction with air tickets are the responsibility of the Grand Prize winner, including all necessary government documentation. An unclaimed and/or unused travel package will remain the property of Sponsor or the applicable prize provider.

DAILY DRAWING PRIZES (1 awarded daily for ten (10) days) - The Daily Prizes available to be won for each specific day shall consist of a Friends of Bonnie Prize Pack which includes Bonnie Hunt themed items with an ARV of $25 each.

Prizes are non-assignable and non-transferable, and may not be given, bartered, sold, or exchanged for cash or another prize. No substitutions by winners will be allowed. Sponsor and its prize providers reserve the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor or its prize providers. Winners may waive their right to receive prizes.

Daily Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within the United States. All prizes are provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind except as provided in the standard manufacturer or service provider warranties. By accepting a prize, each winner acknowledges compliance with these Official Rules. Any prizes that are not awarded in any random drawing, due to insufficient number(s) of eligible entries will remain the property of the Sponsor.

The total ARV of the prizes to be awarded in this Sweepstakes is $23,750.00. The odds of winning a prize in a specific random drawing in this Sweepstakes are determined by the total number of eligible entries received for that specific random drawing.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY:

Releasees shall not be liable to a winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's sole control. Releasees shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carrier(s), cruise line, or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Releasees shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage.

DISPUTES/CHOICE OF LAW:

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in Los Angeles County, CA, (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential or other damages, including without limitation lost profits may be awarded (collectively, "Special Damages"), and (4) entrant hereby waives all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. California law governs the Sweepstakes and all aspects related thereto.

GENERAL RELEASES:

1. Participants agree to release and waive any claim they may have against Releasees and their respective successors and assigns for injuries, claims, damages, or losses, costs or expenses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or possession of or arising out of use or misuse of a prize or parts thereof or from participation or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes.

2. If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, or if this Sweepstakes or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Sweepstakes and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes or any portion thereof. In the event this Sweepstakes is cancelled, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to award all prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension occurs, notification will be posted at the Entry Site. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE (INCLUDING THE ENTRY SITE) OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If a dispute arises about who submitted an entry on the Entry Site, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail account entered. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.

NOTE: Entry must be made by the entrant, only at the Entry Site. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Sweepstakes. The use of any device or computer software or bot to automate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and all such entries will be void.
