I missed today's show with Cloris Leachman but....heard that she was talking about Des Moines, Iowa. My dad, Joe Rassieur, went to school with Cloris and they dated!!!! How cool is that. Too bad Dad isn't alive today to see Cloris on Dacing with the Stars. He loved to dance!!
Hi, Everyone on the Bonnie Hunt Show!
I have to agree with the person who compared your show with the calibre of the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. I would love to watch Bonnie over ANY of the men on Late Night. She is our gal! The executives would do well to get her to sign a long term contract to replace anyone on the late night track. But I must confess, I love watching Bonnie where she is now. It would just be great if more people could see her talents! Hey, maybe she could be on twice a day! After all, she is a superwoman! Just a fan, Margo
Congrats on your first week! I tivo your shows & am watching 9/15 episode now. You said your phone didn't charge because the power was out. So why would your husband's blackberry charger work at your house without power? OOPS! Have your writers think things through a little more before letting you talk.
Oh My goodness I have watched this episode TWICE! It was so funny the first time around I made my husband watch it with me the 2nd time to make sure It wasn't just me. Unlike a previous poster I think Cloris taking a moment to say hello to Barbara in the audience was very sweet and I am looking forward to another wonderful season of Dancing With the Stars. Bonnie you are a delight everyday on the air. I am a self confessed Talk Show Junkie I record them all to the DVR. You have quickly become a favorite and I need to reorganize my favorites and move you to the top of the List! It is so nice to have such a wonderfully written show with your enormous talent and no Political Agenda. You are a treasure and I hope all the Best for you. You need to be recognized for your terrific talent. Thanks for Coming to Daytime and GO CUBS!!! This is Your Year!!!
What a truly hilarious segment with Cloris Leachman! I laughed until I cried and then I laughed some more. She was a riot, made all the better by your superb timing. Outstanding in every way. Who knew hair-brushing could be so funny? I've always enjoyed you in everything you've done, but haven't laughed that hard at anything in a long, long time. Love, love the show. Best of luck with this new adventure.
Dear Bonnie Hunt and staff,
Finally a show that's as good as Johnny Carson's. Bonnie Hunt is refreshingly right, crisp and quick!
The show with the young guitarist, Jessie the trainer/chef and Cloris Leachman was one of the more natural comedies I've seen in years.
It was classic F-U-N-N-Y.
No politics, no social shove-down-our-throat-moral opinions. Just wit, heart and cleverness..even the gaps have their right place in Bonnie's timing.
Finally!
Thank you!
Jean Z.
Bonnie, I love you and your show. However, I was so disappointed in Cloris Leachman. She showed absolutely no class today. She made a comment to a lady in your audience sitting in a wheelchair that she "could still dance". The Nerve! Plus that's a matter of opinion. I know I won't be watching her on Dancing with the Stars as I am no longer a fan of hers. She was an incredible embarrassment!
The young man playing the blues today was the best part of the show ~ Look Cloris....TALENT!!!!!
Keep up the good work and I look forward to great things for your show!
As I was getting ready to go to a funeral, I turned on your show for some diversion. You and Cloris Leachman made me laugh so hard that I worried that there might be something truly wrong with me. I mean, should I really allow myself to be that happy at such a moment?
But then I realized the amazing gift you ladies gave me today: since none of us know how long we'll be here, we should take any and all snippets of joy we're given and appreciate the heck out of them. Thank you both.
P.S. Whatever Cloris Leachman is taking, could you send some my way?! :)
I'm really enjoying your show. Today with Cloris was such a hoot! My sides and jaws still hurt!
Keep up the good work, and do have longer segments with the guests.
I missed your show today with Cloris Leachman - is there anywhere I can view it on tv or the internet?? I love both of you and I saw a small bit but missed the show..
please help! Deby
