Hey Bonnie,

You are a wonderful role model in my life! Thank you for being you :)

Love ya!
Erin

I was visiting my father in Nevada this past Friday and he had this show on that he absolutely loves you. We were watching Charlie "choose" his new companion and I actually screamed out loud not realizing it to choose the Pug. I raise pugs and so agree with Charlie. I hope you did :)

Shanna

Bonnie....PLEASE share your hair color formula!!

i have been ti-vo-ing every show so not to miss it!

help America save money on our hair!!!

Thank you! anna

Hi Bonnie, I've always loved your work ("Return to Me" is a Favorite) and now I love your show too. Every day I Tivo it so my Husband and I can watch it after work. We love your recapping of shows and often share your opinions. Fridays show was a real treat with the dogs. When you talk about Charlie and Buddy, I start to get emotional too as I am a dog lover too and feel for you. Which leads me to my next comment. I am a Pug owner (He talks to Charlie on the TV all the time!) and you have to consider Charlie #2 as you will never be sorry. Pugs are hilarious (And smart)and with your sense of humour and Charlie's clear chemestry with her, she'd make a great additional to your family. I even sent you a picture of Chandler my Pug, at Christmas. You rule Bonnie and all the best to you, your crew and Charlie!

Hi Bonnie :) ..... I have always been a fan of yours, but unfortunately I live in Australia and cannot see your show (I see you when your on Dave ;).

I just wanted to thank you for having the wonderful Jennifer Beals on--Fri, Jan 16-- (which I had to--and this bit you don't want to know--watch online :D). You are wonderful Bonnie. You didn't just joke or talk around TLW, or be ignorant/condescending (like the ladies on the unfortunate The View interview last year, for instance). You instigated a conversation of substance(short but still...) and let the wonderful compassionate and eloquent Jennifer speak without cutting her off. :-)

Thank you for your open mind and understanding along with Jennifer. It made me tear up when you said "even if you don't understand (being gay) , it's just about feeling *different*". Very true. I'm not gay, but I share Jennifer (and your) mindset.

Your interview was refreshing and touching. And Thank you for appreciating Jennifer's beautiful work on TLW and having her on your show :-)

Oh and the pole thing was hilarious :D

People please stop talking about Bonnies wardrobe in a negative way..

Hi Bonnie,
Sorry I didn't see a separate section for this, but I tried looking. Here is an animal video from youtube I think you'd love:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aFz-FMj-9Ps
It's from an elephant sanctuary where, as opposed to all the other elephants who are best friends with one another, one elephant has befriended a little dog. They are so cute together!
Keep up the great work on your show.
Ileen

Bonnie, I just love your show, what a breath of fresh air. I too am a midwest girl, I grew-up in Kansas.(heard every Dorthy joke there is!!) I loved the show on friday. The love that your charlie showed for the pug charlie was truely love at first sight. You won't go wrong adopting charlie. Good luck. P.S. I love your mom!!!! her spots are the BEST!!!! She is so real and true. Keep bringing her on.

Dear Bonnie, My name is Lauren and I am a twenty two year old. I was diagnosed with Juvenile diabetes when I was ten years old. It sucks. It is costly and a daily fight. It also has complications. I have been experiencing Diabetic Retinopathy for a bout a year now. It causes me to lose vision and can lead to blindness. It is more than just things being blurry. I see large floaters and my eyes don't filter light out correctly making things hard to see when it is bright and even harder when it is dark. I have no vision at night, and it is impossible for me to go anywhere alone now. I constantly have to explain to people around me I can't see and I can barely read or see the TV anymore. I am only 22 and feel like the best of my life is gone. I have applied for SSI disability and have been denied and appealed it and been denied again. I have been denied for Medicaid as well. I cannot work I cannot drive I cannot do much on my own. I woke up a few weeks ago with no vision at all in my right eye. I can only see cloudy yellow and blood spots which interfere with the vision in my left eye. I am living with my mom feeling like a burden on my friends and family. I have no insurance and my mom is spending hundreds of dollars a month on my insulin. blood tester supplies, and doctor visions. I have thousands and thousands of dollars in hospital bills. I have prayed, I have looked everywhere for help. Please help me! If you have any ideas, thoughts, donations, links, phone numbers, any resources or help at all it would be amazing! Thanks for your time and thoughts,Lauren

Disappointed in the way Kyle Bornheimer was treated!
Bonnie, I love you and the show but it seems he did not get a fair shake. The dogs (and I love dogs!) seemed more important than him. They barked and upstaged him by getting attention away from him.

Also, you said you "had not seen his show" What?? Shoudn't you have viewed a couple of them knowing he was going to be a guest?

It was his first time on a talk show and wow, I hope he doesn't think they are all like that!
By the way, that show (Worst Week) is so funny, you especially would love it, give it a try!

We can not see your show anymore?????
We all live here in Utah, can you please help us.
Enjoyed your show so much, but Salt Lake City no longer will air your program.

Thanks so much Kathy Forney
and the gang in utah.

Dear Bonnie,

I watch your show every day. I should say I video tape it every day. I am a preschool teacher and I have been recording your show everyday since it first started. My recoder and TV are old. I have to leave it recoding all day just to catch your show and therefore at times you have horizontal lines on the top of your forehead because I think the TV tube is slowing failing. But you are still gorgeous and funny as ever! I just wish I could give my TV a shot of botox to take away the lines! I am writting to tell you that I am grieving over the loss of my beautiful husky named Tundra since we had to put her to sleep during the Thanksgiving holiday. I so feel your pain and I cry just at the thought of her. I went to see Marly and Me and cryed like a baby. You are not alone. I feel your pain. I cry when you cry. At least you have Charlie. Just keep giving him all your love and the two of you will somehow comfort each other. In the meantime know that you have friend out here watching you everyday and praying for you! Take care, Arleen or as the kids in my class say "Miss Arween" too cute!

Dear Bonnie,

After watching todays show it reminded me of an email that I had received a couple of years ago and I thought that you might get a kick out of it.

LOVE the show!!!

Dear Dogs and Cats,

The dishes with the paw print are yours and contain your food.

The other dishes are mine and contain my food. Please note, placing a paw print in the middle of my plate of food does not stake a claim for it becoming your food and dish, nor do I find that aesthetically pleasing in the slightest.

The stairway was not designed by NASCAR and is not a racetrack.

Beating me to the bottom is not the object. Tripping me doesn't help because I fall faster than you can run.

I cannot buy anything bigger than a king sized bed. I am very sorry about this. Do not think I will continue sleeping on the couch to ensure your comfort. Dogs and cats can actually curl up in a ball when they sleep.

It is not necessary to sleep perpendicular to each other stretched out to the fullest extent possible. I also know that sticking tails straight out and having tongues hanging out the other end to maximize space is nothing but sarcasm.

For the last time, there is not a secret exit from the bathroom. If by some miracle I beat you there and manage to get the door shut, it is not necessary to claw, whine, meow, try to turn the knob or get your paw under the edge and try to pull the door open. I must exit through the same door I entered. Also, I have been using the bathroom for years - canine or feline attendance is not mandatory.

The proper order is kiss me, then go smell the other dog or cat's butt. I cannot stress this enough!

To pacify you, my dear pets, I have posted the following message on our front door:

Rules for Non-Pet Owners Who Visit and Like to Complain About our Pets:

1. They live here. You don't.

2. If you don't want their hair on your clothes, stay off the furniture. (That's why they call it "fur"niture.)

3. I like my pets a lot better than most people.

4. To you, it's an animal. To me, he/she is an adopted son/daughter who is short, hairy, walks on all fours and doesn't speak clearly.

Dogs and cats are better than kids, they eat less, don't ask for money all the time, are easier to train, usually come when called, never drive your car, don't hang out with drug-using friends, don't smoke or drink, don't worry about having to buy the latest fashions, don't wear your clothes, and don't need a gazillion dollars for college - and if they get pregnant, you can sell the children.

HI BONNIE!

I HAVE BEEN A FAN OF YOURS FOREVER!! THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I'VE WRITTEN IN BECAUSE I JUST RECEIVED A HAND-ME-DOWN LAPTOP FROM MY 14-YEAR-OLD SON,BENJAMIN. SO NOW I CAN SIT ON MY COMFY COUCH AND DO WHATEVER ONLINE.

THE FIRST THING I HAVE TO SAY IS CHARLIE LOVES CHARLEY. AWWWW!! THEY WERE SO CUTE.

NEXT THING IS ABOUT YOUR AWESOME MOVIE RETURN TO ME.
EVERYBODY OUT THERE HAS TO GET THE DVD AND WATCH IT USING THE SPECIAL FEATURE "DIRECTOR'S COMMENTARY". I LOVE IT!! IT'S LIKE HAVING BONNIE IN YOUR LIVING ROOM WITH YOU.
I LOVED HOW PRACTICALLY HER WHOLE FAMILY IS IN THE MOVIE.

I WAS READING VIEWER COMMENTS ABOUT THE JENNIFER BEALS INTERVIEW AND HOW THE CENTRAL TIME ZONE WAS PRE-EMPTED AND IT MADE ME WONDER. I'M IN THE PHILADELPHIA MARKET WHERE BONNIE IS ON AT 2 A.M. ON THE CW. BY THE WAY, I HAVE NEVER SEEN EVEN ONE AD FOR IT. MY TIVO FOUND IT AFTER I SAW AN AD IN PEOPLE MAG. IN AUGUST(THANK GOD!) ANYWHO, THE FIRST 15 MINUTES WERE PRE-EMPTED HERE, THE SHOW STARTED AT 2:15 WITH JENNIFER COMING OUT. HUH??

BESIDES ALL THAT --IS LIFE WITH BONNIE EVER GONNA BE ON DVD? I LOVE HOW HOLLY, DON, AND I CAN'T REMEMBER HER NAME-THE HOUSEKEEPER SEEMS TO POP UP WHEREVER BONNIE DOES.

ALONG WITH EVERYTHING ELSE I LOVE ABOUT BONNIE- HER SENSE OF FAMILY, HER CHICAGO-ISMS (IT'S SO FUNNY WHEN SHE IMITATES THE MAYOR),WHEN SHE GIGGLES AND ACTS SILLY WITH THE GUY GUESTS , HOW NATURAL SHE IS WITH EVERYBODY,I SEEM TO THINK SHE'S A PERFECT MATCH FOR ALMOST EVERY MAN THAT COMES ON THE SHOW BECAUSE THEY ALL SEEM TO LIKE AND ENJOY HER SO MUCH-ESPECIALLY THE HOST OF THE AMAZING RACE,AM I RIGHT? THE THING ABOUT BONNIE THAT I LOVE IS HER HAIR!! ESPECIALLY ON FRIDAY'S SHOW--HER HAIR LOOKED FABULOUS. I KNOW THAT SOUNDS SO SILLY COMPARED TO EVERYTHING ELSE BUT I HAD TO SAY IT.

AND OF COURSE I LOVE ALICE. SHE LOOKS LIKE AND TALKS LIKE MY GREAT-AUNT DOROTHY WHO I DON'T GET TO SEE SINCE I MOVED 35O MILES AWAY IN 1992 :(

OKAY, I'M DONE. SORRY ABOUT THE RAMBLING--MY FIRST TIME, SO I'VE BEEN SAVING IT ALL UP.

MAY THE BONNIE HUNT SHOW STAY ON FOREVERRRRRRRR!!!!!

Dear Bonnie I love you and your show but I get frustrated when you refer to your web site to get info and it is not there. I wanted to go to the 52 weeks thing and there is a note of it to click on but nothing ever came up. This has happened a few times in the past and I wonder who is in charge of this web or if they check it too see if it is working. You are all smart people....what is the problem?

Bonnie your show is a breath of fresh air. thank you
