I will never use them again in the dryer .. lol tks djd

Bonnie, I love your show, you are like visiting a close friend every week day . Thank you for voicing your fabric softner opinion! It is true, how can people want to rub their bodies down with chemicals and why smell like laundry?????The same for spraying cleaners, breathing in particles of solvent into your lungs?(how healthy is that?)
You are like the best of what family and friends are about; compassion, love and humor.

Hi Bonnie,
I love your show. I really enjoyed watching Jane Kaczmarek. I live in Madison Wisconsin and could relate to all your stories about the Wisconsin Dells. We too went there often as kids and my husband and I took our children there every year. It was great when you mentioned Tommy Bartletts. My daughter was a water skier there for a few years. It holds wonderful memories for us.

On another note - I was sad to hear about your divorce. I lived next door to your former husband as a child. They have a wonderful family.

Keep up the good work.

Hi Bonnie,

I love your show and wanted to comment on the topic of germs. While shopping at my local upscale grocery store this week I was appalled when I stopped at the peanut butter section to pick up a jar and had to wait because a mother who had a child in a stroller (no shopping cart) was blocking the whole peanut butter section. Her child, who was holding a jar while she made her choice, had his mouth all over the lid and top of the jar. She then chose another brand, took the jar the child had been mouthing, and put it back on the shelf. I wanted to say something, but didn't. What would you have done?

Please have Michael Buble on your show.

Thanks.

DEAR BONNIE, LUV THE SHOW. I LOOK FORWARD TO WATCHING YOU EVERY MORNING AND HEARING THE LATEST GOSSIP OF YOUR DAY OR THE THINGS GOING ON AROUND YOU. IN ALOT OF WAYS YOU REMIND ME OF MY MOTHER. WHEN I WAS YOUNGER SHE WOULD GET UP IN THE MORNING MAKE HER COFFEE, GET ON THE PHONE WITH HER FRIENDS AND UNLEASH THE LATEST TO EACH AND EVERY FRIEND IN HER LIFE SO BY THE END OF HER TELEPHONE TIME IN THE MORNING I'D KNOW EVERTHING AND ALSO FELT AS THOUGH I WAS THERE AND HAD GONE THROUGH IT WITH HER. NOW DON'T GET ME WRONG I MEAN THIS IN A POSITIVE WAY,BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH YOU MAY NOT HAVE CHILDREN, YOU PUT FORWARD THIS WONDERFUL MOTHERLY ATTITUDE AND FEEL THAT HELPS ME, BY WATCHING YOU, GET THROUGH THE DAYS WHEN I MISS MY MOTHER MOST. I LIVE IN THE MIDWEST{DAVENPORT,IA-THE QUAD CITIES} AND SHE LIVES IN PHEONIX,AZ. SO ALTHOUGH I CAN TALK TO HER I CAN'T SEE HER. BY WATCHING YOUR SHOW AND THE WAY YOU CARRY YOURSELF AND YOUR PERSONALITY REMINDS ME OF MOM. SO I'D LIKE TO THANK YOU AND TELL YOU TO KEEP UP THE GREAT SHOW, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO WATCHING WHAT'S TO COME!!! OH BY THE WAY, I MEANT TO MENTION THIS, YOU WERE TALKING ABOUT GOV. BLAGOEVICH LAST WEEK ON HIS IMPEACHMENT, AND THERE WAS A SITUATION HERE LOCALLY THAT DEVASTATED A COMMUNITY NEAR ME CALLED CARBON CLIFF,IL. THE GOV. PASSED A GRANT FOR THAT COMMUNITY FOR A NEW SEWAGE SYSTEM, BECAUSE IT WAS ANCIENT AND THE COMMUNITY ALWAYS HAD BOIL ORDERS IN EFFECT. ANYWAYS 2 WEEKS AFTER PASSING THE GRANT HE PULLED IT BECAUSE, APPARENTLY HE HAD PAINTED HIS HELICOPTER, BUT THEY PAINTED IT THE WRONG COLOR BLUE, SO HE TOOK THE GRANT MONEY AND RE-PAINTED HIS HELICOPTER THE CORRECT COLOR BLUE. WHEN I HEARD OF THIS I KNEW THIS WASN'T THE LAST WE'D HERE OF THIS GOV.HE LET DOWN NOT JUST A FEW PEOPLE, BUT A WHOLE COMMUNITY, THAT MORE THAN LIKELY VOTED FOR HIM I WONDER WHY THIS WAS NEVER ADDRESSED? IT WAS ON THE NEWS ONE DAY BEING TOLD BY THE TOWN MAYOR AND NEVER HEARD OF AGAIN AFTER THAT. THOUGHT YOU MIGHT WANT TO HEAR OF THIS, BEING FROM CHI-TOWN. AGAIN THANK-YOU FOR BEING THE PERSON YOU ARE, AND KEEP UP REMINDING ME OF MOM!! SINCERELY, BEAU ALLEN

Dear Bonnie,
Until I get a DVR I am missing your terrific show, which brings me to the point of:
"Yes Bonnie you are famous !"

I laughed so hard when I saw the Shipoopee. Should it be called the Shaloub-pee?
Why does it look like an athletic supporter?

You guys have such a great time on the show and it is refreshing to see you so humble.
I love your retro logo !

Keep Smiling,
Sheila

Hi Bonnie,
I love your show, I look forward every evening to sit and watch it. I record it on my DVR. You are so real and such a pleasure to watch and enjoy. I enjoy it so much more than Oprah, because what we see in you is one of us, just like the person next door. Keep doing what you are doing and I know we will be able to enjoy your show for years. Don't change a thing about you or the format of the show.

Sandi January 12, 2009

Thank you Bonnie for having a show that is entertaining and relaxing. I can watch the show without having to hear one's political view and that is so refreshing.

I found your show by accident - my husband tapes the week's Oprah's and Ellens for me - I so enjoy your show - it is so refreshing. My daughter lives in Chicago and I love the stories you tell of growing up. I also grew up in an Irish Catholic household (my Dad was Irish my Mom Italian) alot of the stories you reminisce about I do too. We also wore hand me downs and saved tin foil. I think you are a very talented and beautiful gal. Congratulations on your show - it is a gem - just like you.

Hello, just wanted to know what is up with the black outfits worn all week? Did someone die?
I ask because wearing all black all week is very unlike Bonnie and the usually happy wardrobe she wears.

Hi Bonnie

I LOVE LOVE LOVE your show I DVR it everyday and watch it after I get home from work. My family can always tell, because they can hear me belly laughing around the whole house. It is so refreshing to hear you talk and laugh about yourself and I also watch almost all the shows you do and get just as upset with them. lol lol
You make my day and I want you to know that

Sharon

Hi Bonnie,
I am a loyal fan of yours. My husband knows what time it is when he doesn't see or hear from me for an hour, I'm watching your show! I am 24 years old and a mother of two. My favorite part of your show is when you tell stories of your past and growing up with your crazy family. It's good to hear good ol' stories like that, not alot of shows have that. Keep up the great work you and your staff are doing!!!!
Jill Jaramillo

Bonnie,
I LOVED the fact that you had Jensen Ackles on your show! He is such an awesome guy and a superb actor!
Not only is he a funny guy, but he carries himself like a gentleman, a very well-behaved young man. I am so impressed!

I love your show and totally get what you say about perfumes. I think I can help you. My niece is freaking crazy when it comes to perfume. I made her try Philosophy and she loves the Pure Grace fragrance. It has a clean smell with no bad additives. You can buy it on QVC or in Nordstroms. Good luck and thanks for making me laugh.

Bonnie, I loved seeing Jane Kaczmarek again! Love her and you together.

As someone else who is so sick of the OVERKILL of fragrances I totally agree with the dryer sheets and fabric softeners. The chemicals in them are toxic and addict U.S. fragrances are toxic and even illegal in other countries due to their chemical components.

People can be so aggressive with their fragrances and the EVERYONE MUST SMELL ME! attitude that it is really a shame. Btw, the only profession that I know of that requires perfume isn't one I would want to be in.

Keep up the great work!

Thanks so much for having Jensen on your show! Can you have him back to promote Supernatural? Supernatural is an awesome show that needs more publicity and shows like yours would be a great stepping block.

Hi Bonnie you make my day! You are a natural and I love your "accent"!??? I am 79 years old and I have called my older sisters to watch you each day...you are a funny young lady and you are a quick fix for my aches and pains...just don't think about them when I tune in and I just love your Mom...what a dame! I notice that large mug you have on your desk..is that a prop or do you actually sip from it? if you do, is it booze, coffee or tea? just kidding..I also notice that you move on one side of your buttocks a number of times during the show...Perhaps you need Prep.H or just letting off some steam! Just kidding!!well enough of my nonsense...I really love you and your show...keep 'em coming xo

Jensen!
I think it was great to have Jensen Ackles on your show. It was the first time I've watched your show.

I think that he's an excellent actor, he seems nice and like a genuine person and most times you don't feel that with other actors. I like that he keeps his job professional and that you don't hear about him in the tabloids every week.

His talent is a breath of fresh air.
I can't wait for season 4 of Supernatural to continue.

Lauren

Hi, Bonnie,

I've been a fan of yours since your Second City days! I love your show and never miss it. I almost spilt a gut when you were telling Jane Kaczmarek how your dad used to say, "Ah, you'll be fine." Is that a Chicago thing? My dad was born and raised there (Cicero actually) and he used to say that to us kids all the time. The best story I have about that was when I was a senior in high school and we were out skiing in Breckenridge, Colorado. Near the bottom of a run, I fell and hit a caution sign (I know that sounds stupid but it was my brother's fault--really!). I thought for sure I had broken my leg, it hurt so bad. A lift operator came over and asked if I wanted him to call the ski patrol. I told him no, that my dad was a doctor (he was) and he'd be down the hill shortly. So I lay there in pain waiting for dad to come. When he gets there, he looks at my leg and says, "It's not broken; you'll be fine" and he skis off to get on the lift! So I drag myself onto the lift but I can't ski because it hurts so bad and is starting to swell up like the Goodyear Blimp. Does the family quit skiing? NO--because dad had paid all that money for lift tickets and he was going to ski until the lifts closed. So he gave me the car keys and I had to lay in the back of the rental car waiting for the rest of the family to get done skiing! AND it turns out that I had blown out the anterior cruciate ligament in my knee so I was not okay! Anyway, having grown up outside Chicago, listening to you takes me back; so many of your sayings and inflections are so familiar to my ears. Keep up the great work! P.S. You have gorgeous hair!
