Another addition to the "germy-squirmy" things that make you cringe in restaurants:
when the servers buss the tables, handling dirty dishes and glasses, then bring you your food, refills etc. Yech!

PS -- LOVED Jan Kaczmarek -- she is a hoot! Please have her on again, but for a longer segment!

It was so much fun listening to Bonnie & Jane talk about vacationing in Wisconsin Dells as children. We lived Cicero, just outside of Chicago. Every summer my father would get two weeks vacation. We would all pile into the Mercury, and spend two weeks swimming and fishing at Monahan's Canyon Resort in Wisconsin Dells. Our Mom worked too and our vacations weren't so great for her because these were housekeeping cottages, so she pretty much had to do everything she did for us at home. Dad had a motor and we would rent a boat at the resort. We had the "water view" of the Tommy Bartlett Show, for free! We would run the motor on low and be really quiet out in the dark and go around the corner and watch the show from the boat! The "Lost Canyon" was across from the resort. They took wagons full of people through the canyon during the day. Well, that cost money. So at night, we would squeeze in around the gates and walk through the canyon with flashlights! Good times!

Thanks for a great show.. I loved the segment with Jane Kaczmarek, but the I reason I tuned into the show was because Jensen Ackels was on!!
He is a cutie. I loved Bonnie's questions. The stories she was able to get him to share were great.

I'll be watching her show on a regular basis from now on.

I don't think you should have people go to the website "menwholooklikeoldlesbians".com. It is a porno site. I know it is supposed to be funny but it really isn't.

I love your show and watch it every day. I love that you are a celebrity and yet you are so down to earth. I just wanted you to know that I love your show and will always watch.

Hi Bonnie...Love the show! I am currently in Honolulu and your show is on here at 10 am and just caught it by being on one of my favorite network channels. I have not seen your show broadcast in the Ventura County California area, where I will be returning to next week. My "fav" used to be Regis and Kelly but you are my number#1 now!!!!!!!Hope to get tickets and see you soon. Rosemarie

Hi Bonnie,
I can't believe anyone doesn't love the smell of dryer sheets! I could smell it all day. Also, they keep your clothes from becoming static-y. It's a two-for-one!

Love your show,
Julie Rodriguez

I absolutely love your show. I watch it every day. You are so down to earth and you treat your guest with respect.
You seem like you are having such a good time and that makes your show that much more interesting.
I live in Ottawa, Ontario - Canada and I have a few of my retired friends watching you as well.

Keep up the good work

Hi Bonnie, Love your show. It is a pleasure to be entertained for a change rather being preached to. Your sense of humor is like mine. We both grew up in a large family and had hard times. Hope you are on for a long time.

Fan in laughter,
Shirley

I like your show. I also like your previous show. But I have a bug up my bum about something. I saw you Dr. Ian Smith segment. I also see on many shows and even on the news about diet sodas and other diet drinks. I am not an expert of artificial sweeteners but I have had personal experience with nutrasweet aka aspertame. I appears on diet drink labels as "Phenylketonurics - contains phenylalanine"

This stuff is not harmless. A few years back I decided to kick the sugar habit and began drinking only drinks with nutrasweet. After a few months I began to get painful headaches at night. They got so bad that it hurt to touch the left, back side of my head. To ease the pain enough so I could sleep it became a ritual to lie in the tub for 30 minutes or so each night with hot water running over my head just to ease the pain enough so that I could fall asleep.

Over the next 2 years I saw a few doctors but known of them had a clue what was the problem. Then I stumbled across a site online about nutrasweet. Then I googled for more sites. This nutrasweet I found sites that described all the symptoms like I was having. And there are so many other negative affects connected with nutrasweet.

Now I had a much stronger reaction to nutrasweet but there are still many other long term health risk. I know your show means well but airing that nutrasweet is harmless is irresponsible. Just do a google search for yourself and you will find dozen of health risks connected with this sweetener, including possible early onset of Alzheimers. I am not going to post a bunch of links but this is just one I found http://www.holisticmed.com/aspartame/embalm.html which I hope will make you curious enough to look for more.

I stopped all use of nutrasweet and within a month those 2 years of nightly headaches were gone, and have not returned. This stuff is poison. It is not safe.

Bonnie:

You and Jane Kaczmarek had me in stitches today when you laughed about the styles of the 70's. I am one of the fashion designers who brought the "confusing" clothing to you. Bell Bottoms, Hot Pants, Hip Hugers and most of all "Pant Dresses".

The label was "FUNKY". I came in late, after the styles were started mostly by, Sandy Ampon, but we had a blast.

I continued in the business designing and manufacturing expensive designer suits and gowns until I was diagnosed with cancer in 1997. My offer to create a pencil or charcoal portrait of you for you celebrity wall On the show.

LeDOUX

Hey Bonnie,
I really enjoy your show. You are so down to earth on things that bring back nenories from my child hood. You have some great guests on the show.
So keep up the good work. Your show is great.

Wanda

I agree wholeheartedly about the perfumed things. Why can't they make unscented soaps and dryer sheets? I have a difficult time even finding unscented deodorant. I wear no perfume, and prefer unscented everything. I hate people that leave a perfumed vapor trail because of all the combined scents they wear.

You don't just not like perfume--you have a perfume sensitivity.

We both suffer from perfume sensitivities. Last summer, my sister-in-law came to my house, stinking to high heaven of perfume. I literally held my breath when she hugged me hello. Fortunately, it was warm out and we sat outside for a couple of hours as she aired herself out. Had we been inside, I would have vomited. As it was, the smell gave me a headache.

Perfumes are nothing more than a bunch of synthetic chemicals. You may also be sensitive to some detergents or cleaning products. You might find that you like the smell of natural products. I use natural bath products with only organic essential oils and love the smells.

I know you color you own hair and the commercial products are pretty bad for you. I use Naturcolor and it’s really good.

I am the author of Harmonious Environment: Beautify, Detoxify & Energize Your Life, Your Home & Your Planet and the chapter called “Goodbye to Damaging Personal Care Products” addresses the problem of synthetic chemicals. I am going to send you a copy of it.

I watch your show daily and I think you are wonderful. I hope you enjoy the book!

I've been enjoying your show. I wish you would have stood up to that Dr today about the diet soda thing. You are so right about the diet soda being so horrible because its all chemical. I am so tired of doctors being so misinformed or brainwashed by the drug and food companies into believing that putting all that crap in your body is good for you. Sugar over chemicals anyday.

Dear Bonnie,
I love your show and really like how honestly you portray our hometown, Chicago. I was so looking forward to seeing Jensen Ackles on your show today, but that buffoon Blagojevich pre-empted his segment. I was fuming! When will that show be repeated?
Keep up the good (= funny) work!
Suzi Pierz

I loved your conversation with Jane about your fathers. My dad is gone 31 years, but I can still hear him saying "Put a little Vaseline on it, it will go away." This was in response to anything... a cold,
a cut, a headache!

Thanks, you made me laugh today and it was a crummy day up until then.

Hi Bonnie
I love to watch your show when I am home. I usually only get to watch once a week. So, I was so very excited that you were having Jensen Ackles on the show today while I was home! HUGE, HUGE fan!! However, today your show was interrupted by the D@*#, Blagojevich c*#@. I hope you will post a video of his interview and not just pictures! Thanks!

Dear Bonnie,

OMG your interview with Jensen was so cute! I know that Jensen is a total sweetheart but in this interview both of you were so adorable and funny! I watched the Kimmel interview yesterday and you were so much better then that guy!
I really enjoyed watching your show!
Thanks for having Jensen on your show and for helping to promote MBV and Supernatural!
Maybe you could invite Jared Padalecki as well, he is also a fun and sweet guy! You would love him!

thanks for the great show!

Hi Bonnie
I think your show is great .Your humor and sincerity make the show .I enjoy the spots when you talk to your Mom hope you are on a long time .
Thanks Jaci

Hi Bonnie, I love your show. However, today Gov. Blagojevich interrupted your show with a press conference in the middle of your chat with Jane on the Wisconsin Dells. I hope he's brief like he promised so we don't miss the whole show, and I hope we can catch this episode again sometime soon, maybe on the web. Enough already of this!
