Hi bonnie, i wanted to tell you that i love your show, and watch everyday or when ever i have time. I wanted to suggest something that might help me and others, may you could announce job placements where ever they are hiring, like they do it on abc7. If not its ok im still going to watch your show. All my love to you and your mom.
Hi, Just wanted to say how much I enjoy your show. The best part is your MOM, she is so sweet. She reminds me alot of my own mother who has passed. From the chubby cheeks right down to the red hair. Just love her!!!!
Looking for her Happioca Pudding recipe, have you posted it yet? Please do!!!!!
Karen
Please let us know how and when we could come and attend your shor. We love it!
STILL love your show! I am a Christian and hate the comments from others that are so negative. I think you are wonderful and your show is about entertaining us! You are a SUCCESS at that!! Will be glad when the new shows start! But, it is fun remembering the ones I've already seen! You are a great person and you do so much good and are sooo positive. Thank you for keeping us entertained in a postive and tasteful way!!
I just wanted to let you know how much I love watching your show. I've always admired you as an actress, but it's wonderful to get to "know you" via your show and see your personality. I love the way you talk to your guest and make comments that are genuine and from your heart. That is rare these days. You're a swell talk show host with values, a sense of humor, have so much love for your family and you're just so "down to earth." I loved how your Mom closed her eyes to hear better... that still makes me smile when I think of it. God Bless you Bonnie & enjoy your time off, you deserve it.
Hi Bonnie,
Just wanted to say 'hi' and let you know how much I love your show. I was happy to see your mom on the show. I worked with her at Shriners Hospital about 20 years ago and have such fond memories of her. So glad to see you are both doing well. Good luck and God bless you.

Leno, Conan, Letterman, etc. are different. They are primetime. However, shows like Bonnie, Ellen, Rachel Ray, Martha Stewart, Oprah, not to mention all the other talk shows all take a summer hiatus. It's always been that way.
Bonnie,
I watched your show yesterday with a friend and we are still cracking up over your impersonation of the Atlanta Housewife. I love statement you made about how the guy must have noticed your broken heart because he was looking in that area!
And then when your Mom came on and said she bought some dickeys for you - priceless!!!
You really made our day and we are still laughing!!!
Thanks again,
Donna
I don't remember David Letterman ever going on hiatus, or Leno, or Conan. I love the Bonnie Hunt Show and have bought from Bonnie's Basement, have watched from the beginning and have recommended to my friends. Now she's gone until September. This doesn't make sense. She wanted a talk show, she got a talk show, it's very popular...so now she leaves and goes on hiatus. "Lost" did the same thing...I stopped watching when they did and never went back. I am so disappointed. It's like the viewers don't matter at all.
Hi Bonnie,
Just want to say I really enjoy watching your show. The spots with your mom are great. And the Dogs are fun too. Everything is always down to earth and brightens my day. I'm always up for a laugh and you provide them every day.
I often hear you talk about this charity auction. I seen that today you received a Doll from Marie and a date with Donnie for your auction. You should ask your veiwers to donate things too. Many of us have hobbies that would net you some great things to auction off. I do alittle painting, Acrylics on canvas and would be happy to send one for your charity.
Hope maybe this idea will help you out.
Have a Great day,
T J
The Bible says "dress modestly". Your show yesterday was disgusting. Showing nearly all bare breast was so bad I changed the channel. A born again christian would not even show any part, that should be covered. A person can call themselves christian, but if they don't believe JESUS died for their sins, and live according to the Bible, they are "lost". I pray you become one that does not show your body, and you live by the Bible. Thanks for listening. Donna
I'D LIKE TO ADOPT A CAT!! HOW COME EVERY TALK SHOW FEATURES ONLY DOGS??? CATS NEED HOMES TOO. I'LL TAKE A COUPLE CATS AND A COUPLE OF DOGS THAT NEED A GOOD HOME.

I hope others get on board for kitties.
I'm desperately seeking the auction for Donny Osmond's show tix and back stage passes, can anyone help???
I WAS WONDERING WHEN THE PICTURE REVERSE WAS GOING TO SHOW, THE SAYING WAS BOY AS I EVER GOING TO PUT THAT ON MY FACEBOOK. I ENTERED A PICTURE OF MY GRAND-DAUGHTER'S PICTURE. SHE WAS REALLY CUTE, SHE HAD A POTTY TRAINER SEAT AROUND HER NECK. WHEN WAS THIS GOING TO AIR, OR DID I MISS IT ALL TOGETHER
Hi Bonnie,
I too am an animal lover and while on Vieques PR for the winters, I volunteer at their humane society. I have rentals there and try an place animals with some of them if they are interested... I spay and neuter as many animals as I can, pretty much anything that comes on property...they call me the sterilizer...this year I came home with a little mutt myself along with 2 cats from last year and the year before. The reason for the e-mail is that I love the work you are doing in placing dogs in loving homes,,, I wish more celebrities would do the same, however, you never mention adopting cats... I am also a cat lover and they always seem to get the back seat to dogs.... I would love it if you would try bringing cats on the show, some people don't have the space, time or patience for a dog, but cats are easy and basically take care of themselves and make the greatest pets too... Anyway, just a thought and keep up the good work...
PS If you ever need time away where noone will bother you, come to Vieques, PR its a nice laid back island where you truly know you had a vacation when you return to the rat race we all live in...
Go to www.vieques-island.com and check it out... its a great island with nice people...
Fondly,
Claire Reid :):)
Bonnie,
Love you. I think we were best friends in another life time, but I have to take exception to something you said on your show.
You said that pit bulls get a bad rap. When I was looking at rescue dogs, we came across a beautiful pit bull mix, and the shelter recommended that we NOT get her because we have small children. This was coming from someone who dedicates her life to saving animals for little pay. She said that pit bulls have been bred for 100s of years as hunting dogs of small animals. They have extremely powerful jaws, and have a hard time differentiating children (or other people's pets) from prey. In her opinion, no matter how well you raise the animal, you can't ignore their inate nature, and must take that into account when choosing a puppy and its new environment. It is not a fast and hard rule. There will be exceptions, especially when dealing with a mix (such as Charlie). But you unintentionally do an injustice to these dogs by saying that they get a bad rap. The reputation has arisen for a reason.
Ignoring these facts will just lead to more rescue dogs from people who get more than they bargained for. When choosing a dog, it is extremely important to understand what the animal was bred for, health issues associated with the breed, temperment, activity level, etc. And then it is of course important to train them well and love them when they come home.
I admire your love of creatures four-legged and two-legged, and I love your show. I know you only have the best intentions.
Sincerely,
Jill Barden

The Bonnie Hunt Show is on Hiatus til September
I know it stinks that we will have re-runs for 3 months
Hi Bonnie,
Was just wondering why you are showing reruns? Are you on hiatus for the summer or did something happen that I am not aware of? Or is it just my station that your show is on? I am missing your shows. Please let me know what is happening.
Thanks, love you,
Jackie Kiyabu
