Hey Bonnie and friends . Since i cant watch directly , the internet fills the gap . wile I'm 'smurfing' the sight to 'adopt a dog' i found a curious mis-labeled dog , Barney . Why for ?? Well the young lass, Dina , calls him a rot-shepherd mix .I'd say close enough,BUT,and however, watch video .... see the swirling tail?? In our home , that's called the "Happy Lab tail" . Our pooch , Java is about 13 and still "Swirling" , knocking coffee mugs , wine glasses , magazines , books , cats and anything at or near tail-level thru the house.
I have become a Black Lab fan since. Java was "aquired" in July 2001 from Ayres shelter , near Canajoharie , New Yuck , I mean "York" . Sorry , taxes cause the mis-spell. To be a child nearby we must always give a clear warning ; "WATCHOUT!! He licks."
This is NO JOKE and still funny . Java use to play with a little 3 yr toddler at a farm I worked on . Not unusual except when i asked what they were doing , young Aman girl said , "we're playing hide and seek , silly. Where are you doggy?!" And off she went . Grandma confirmed the event as i stood stupified a Lab had that kind of intelligence ; apparently only with kids .

Just an addition to my 03/14 "Pot of Gold" post about missing the Friday deadline. I now recall that the date and time must have been stated in the official rules.
I read them before I started the contest. However,I worried so much about the rule to spell the response correctly or be disqualified that I forgot all about the deadline(oh dear,the stress-LOL)!
There was a little check box at the end of each daily submission that I marked stating I had read the official rules. OOPS.
Let me know when you are giving away a trip to Italy, Bonnie. I promise myself to be more careful.

I love your show very much. I work in the afternoon when you come on here in Buckley, Washington so I Divo and watch when I get home. I tried on Saturday to enter the Pot of Gold contest and could not find it anywhere on the site. Was I mistaken that we had until St Patty's Day to enter? I am very disapointent that I couldn't enter. Please be more specific next time.

Friday 3/13/09 interview with Brian Cranston was especially warm, funny, delightful...I can go on and on. It was, simply put, fun!! I always enjoy watching your show, though I really enjoyed the chemistry between the two of you. It worked.

I loved your story about the Flintstones falling out of the crack in your TV and into your cup. I am about your age so you might remember when there were broadcasting difficulties a test signal would come on the screen and the announcer would say "We are experiencing technical difficulties, please stand by." My brother and I would take that literally and would get up from our chairs and go up to the TV and "stand by" it. We thought that if we did that the signal would come back sooner (after all we were following the announcer's directions). I love your show and TIVO it everyday. Keep up the good work,

Loved the show with Bryan Cranston. He's so funny. I found the audiobook he gave away to the audience at www.KazmirTheFlyingCamel.com. I'm on chapter 4 and just love it. It's one of those kind of stories that all ages can get into. Bryan's voice is great as a narrator and the other voices are really good too, especially the evil Farouk! Thanks again!

Im the only person who HONESTLY read the official rules for the ireland contest! Contest closd at 8am east cost time on Sat. Love how somehow its Bonnie's fault that others didnot read and follow direction. I think Bonnie you sholud pick me for winning knowing this!

I've noticed that you like to wear black on the show and was surprised to see you in grey on Friday's show. But it must go back to your nursing days. It's much easier to get dressed in the morning when you always wear a uniform! I love your show because you always mention that you used to be a nurse--but once a nurse, always a nurse. You are so kind and caring, not to mention funny! Humor is the best medicine.
