Bonnie,

I watch your show every day and love your sense of humor. My husband recently lost his job here in Michigan, and your show gives us great joy every day. We especially loved when the squirrel went up your back and your reaction. I have always loved Lucy and you reminded me of her. We laughed and kept playing it over and over. Thanks for what you do to bring us joy and laughter.

Life Lessons:
Always wear clean underwear in case you get in an accident.
We've all been told that. Now thanks to you Bonnie there is a new one.
I dragged myself into the shower last night after a very hard day outside. After shampoo and soaping and rinsing off I was going to get out when I remembered your lesson....
Always shave under your arms because you never know when a squirrel is going to run under your shirt!
Love your show.

Hey Bon!
Absolutely love the show! I'm a long time fan of yours and love to be able to see you and the gang yuk it up on a daily basis.

Personally I prefer your former "wackadoodle" shirts. I understand the ease of the black jackets, but they're boring and funeral-like. Your blond hair and beautiful complexion lend to more colorful options.
Oh well, that's my 2 cents. You're a beautiful woman and deserve to wear whatever you want! Don't stress about it all.

Keep up the great work.
Gretchen

PS - the show staff are great! I especially have a crush on the adorable Don. He did me in with his dance rendition of the Beyonce song/video - I laughed till I cried and had to pee!

Dear Bonnie,
As one of your daily MALE viewers, I was happy to
see you almost out of black. Black is for funerals.
I also enjoyed the cleavage, especially when you
bent over to pet the baby kangaroo. I think that
I saw all the way to China on that shot. It was
a great view for me and I'm sure many others. You
are a very attractive lady and should not try to
hide your beauty. I know that you do not have the
time to respond to all your mail, but at least, I
hope you can find the time to read this.

Love you lots,

Dear Bonnie, I love all your animal stories. I have a favorite dog story. I keep my toothbrush away from my family's as i am a nurse and a bit germfobic. One day i mentioned my toothbrush. My daughter asked "you mean the black one?" I said "yes". She then said "that's the one I use to brush the dog's teeth!" My family has told that story many times and it just gets funnier. I did love our dog, keno, but not THAT much. He has since gone to heaven with very clean teeth!

Hi Bonnie,

I have been at home the last four weeks recovering from breast cancer. The first week was very difficult, but I have a very strong support group in family and friends. I wanted you to know how you also lightened my burden during the difficult time. You are so spontaneous and fun to watch. I love how you interact with your audience, band, and guests. You are a great entertainer. Thank you for making me laugh.

Linda

Bonnie,

It sure is complicated to post a short email to you.
All I wanted to do was congratulate you on your show getting signed up for another season. You deserve all the good that is coming your way.
I think you are truly one of the naturally funny women of today.
I thank you for making me laugh during a very rough period in my life. I actually rescheduled a job interview when I realizeed I would be missing your opening monologue.

Dear Bonnie -

I have always been a fan of yours, and I became an even bigger fan when you had your sitcom. It was the best show I had seen in years. Maybe ever. Anyway, when I realized you were doing a talk show in real life, I was so excited to tune in. My husband of 25 years shocked me with divorce in 2007. I was destroyed. I'm just now coming out of my haze. I feel that God brought you into my life at the right time. I couldn't believe that you were divorced too! How could that happen to someone as beautiful and sweet as you? You deserved the best man, a family and everything you want. Your kindness for people shows in everything you do. You make everyone who watches your show feel special. We don't always get what we want, but you give many people what they need: laughter. Laughter with kindness, not at the expense of others. I've spent the last year and a half writing down my experience and sending it to friends and family. I have found that I have a gift of humor and turning sad things into hilarious tales. I look up to you, Bonnie Hunt. I also became the proud parent of two female puppies. My sons are in their 20's so I needed little girls. The 1 1/2 year old is formally known as Little Mississippi. Around the house she's Missi, but when I'm mad she's Melissa Anne. The 9 month old is Magnolia Blossom. Around the house she's Maggie. When she puts me under diress she's known as Maggie Louise. Southern women need many names for things, you see. Well, I'm so glad I was able to put into writing how I feel about you. Whether you get this message or not, I feel better. God bless you, Bonnie.

Sincerely,

Ginny Ree Cavin

Hi Bonnie,

I honestly don't know much about John Mayer, so this isn't a defense of him per se, but I do think you were being unfair ticking off the women he's dated as if each was some black mark against him. If you're listing, maybe you should've alsoe mentioned that Anniston herself has had serious relationships with Charlie Schlatter, Daniel MacDonald, Adam Duritz, Tate Donovan, Brad Pitt, Vince Vaughn, and Paul Sculfor. Why hold Mayer's dating history against him and not Anniston's?

Lori

Hello Bonnie,

Thank you for making a bad day better. Fri the 20th, My husband, Rick, of 30 years, was schedueled for a Aortic valve replacement at the Cleveland Clinic.

We woke at 3:30am and drove to the Clinic. Eight hours later they said the first case ran over and Rick would have to wait till Mon. Our sons 28th birthday!

We pray the first patient has done well. But, after months of waiting for this surgery, it was emotionaly draining.

When we returned home I turned on the mornings dvr show. After seeing you with the baby squirrel.... We laghed till we cried. You are the best medicine. Thank you,

God Bless,
Kassandra Ulrich

Hi Bonnie -

I love your show! The segments with your mother are so funny.

Would you be willing to add your theme music to the website called TelevisionTunes.com? Your theme music is one that they are missing.

Dear Bonnie,

I have always been a huge an of yours. I watch your show as often as I can, almost everyday.

I grew up in Minnesota and lived in Chicago for ten years.Talk about dialect issues! When I was in Chicago I often heard "Yuse gott an accenT"
At least I wasn't the only one.

Regarding your continuing discovery of what you should wear as a host on your show.

I really liked what you wore on Friday March 20th. Great silhouette and cut of the jacket
with a soft blouse. It was great, however that wasn't the perfeect color of grey for you. You, like many blonds, look good in grey. However not all greys are good for everyone.

I too have a problem with your black suits, sorry.
But I realized the problem wasn't with the color (black) but with the severity of the cut of suits.

I have a degree in women's apparel design (big whip, right? however...) I have a few suggestions that might be of some help.

Keep the black or find a great blue, somewhere between a navy and a teal, or the right grey, like a charcoal. Focus on the cut.The shoulders should(would look best) be small and rounded, the sleeves should come in at the elbow and gently out at the wrists.
The neckline should be soft and best to have the opening wider, lapels and collar closer to the sleeves(like on Friday's 3/20/9 show). The waist to gently come in (nipped) and out at the hips with a peplum (slightly flaired). The length to be no longer than the top of you hip bone.

I like when you had your jacket opened and had a soft blouse under it.

The blouse you wore that day (3/20) was a perfect cut, however I would have suggested a different foundation or bra with it.

I have a similar shape and coloring as you do, however I am not blessed with you height, but I am only an inch and a half shorter. My point being I
have similar issues in dressing.

I adore you, keep up the good work. You are truly a beautiful, intelligent and funny(in any order) person/woman. I am not sure you realize how much people love you.

Warm regards,
Peggy Kluver

Bonnie,

You are AWESOME! Thank you for bringing a show that makes me laugh every day! The baby animal segment was hilarous!!! Please don't listen to the weird and negative comments on this page. Keep being funny and letting squirrels run up your shirt. :)

I enjoy this show so much that I do not watch the other daytime talk show (Regis)anymore. Bonnie is so funny! Thanks for a good show each day. The animal segments are great!

How do you get recipes seen on the show? I've been searching all over the website.

Hi Bonnie-- I LOVE watching your show--- you have such a bubbly and down to earth personality--- can't help but love you--- would love to be on your show someday-- today March 20th was may 57th birthday (my name is Rita Amos and I live in Albuquerque, NM)--- ever been out here? Anyway I loved the segment with you and the animals--- You reminded me of myself and how I react to animals--- the squirrel getting into your clothing was pretty funny, but I can understand how it would make you a bit uncomfortable-- I would have been the same--- and also how you reacted to having your eyes closed and not knowing what someone will place in your hand--not for me either!! Cute animals--- I myself have four strictly indoor cats and they are rather spoiled--- use to have a dog, but had to have her put down a couple of years ago-- she was quite ill-- poor thing-- she was a great dog!! take care and good luck with your show--- you're GREAT!!

Bonnie,
You just make me giggle. I am a mom of a 20 year old college student who also loves your show. We tape it because be both also work and then watch it together and laugh. We also have 3 dogs in our household and can appreciate all the funny things the animals on your show do. Even my husband laughs when he catches us watching you, he thinks you are cute! Thanks for being such a kind hearted funny person and making all our lives a little bit brighter.
Always
Terri
P.s. We also own your movie Return to me, and love it and loved you in jumanji!!!

Bonnie,
John Mayer and all the woman you mentioned him dating including Jen Aniston are gay.
Come on you know that...
You said our dog because it's your dog and your galpal's, Ashley.

Sorry your show is leaving as I had high hope for it, however, it got more & more boring....
