Here is a story about how my mind worked when I was a kid.

Both my parents worked so when I would come home from school I would be home alone (10yrs old) until my older sisters came home. My parents would always remind me to never answer the door or phone when home alone. Well, when home alone I would make my afternoon snack and eat it in front of the TV. If the phone rang, I would quickly run to turn off the TV and would sit quietly so who ever was calling won't hear me and know I was home alone. I would do this every time the phone rang thinking that the people calling could actually hear me. I later learned this wasn't true and still to this day my family will tease me.

i am a homeless 61 year old disabled woman who does not have a tv nor access during the day--a twist of fate and i became homeless/penniless/lifeless(crones without possessions and/or money do not rate in our society,doncha know?) i used to do stand up-and was an intn'l entertainer--as well as still being a TM teacher and highly educated--does not matter--i am without anything--guess it fulfills my vow of poverty taken in the convent years ago---anyways, Bobnnie, as another beat-up, i mean brought up Catholic lady, can you help me as i want to start up KINDNESS CENTERS for women who have no place to go during the day--we have to leave shelters at 8am and be gone til late afternoon-rain or shine--so i want to start simple places with bathrooms and chairs and a roof overhead and heat and/or fans and books and perhaps musice and computers with internet access--for women to converse, be quiet and plan their next move out of homelessness---PLEASE HELP!! i do think this is far more important than most things promoted on TV---it is a start--and YOU CAN HELP--email only as i have no phone--thank you, Joyce James

Your little segment about Facebook was funny. Though I had to jump on here just to tell you that not only is facebook great for reuniting friends and old flames, but also family! I live hundreds of miles from most of my family I have been using Facebook as way to keep in touch with my family up north. My aunts, uncles and cousins are all on facebook and we have a blast keeping in touch with one another on a daily basis, writing on eachothers wall, posting new photos, as apposed to the old snail mail and occassional Birthday and Christmas card once a year! lol. If you could mention this other little tid-bit on your show, I'm sure there are other long distance family members who are internet savy who would definately bnefit from Facebook like we have!

I am watching the previews of todays show and I had to replay the clip of you and the squirrel.

Your reaction and your facial expressions were hilarious you are a class act all the way.

When the squirrel went into your jacket your facial expression on you was so SERIOUS.. Like what the heck is going on here.

It reminded me of THE LIFE WITH BONNIE AND THE BUILDING sitcoms. They were great. I still will never understand why they didn't make it.
