| Goat Cheese/Sundried Tomato Chicken Breasts |
Ingredients:
Serves 6
* 6 boneless chicken breasts
* 1 cup goat cheese
* 1 tsp. dried Italian herbs
* 1 tsp. minced fresh Italian parsley
* Salt and Pepper
* ½ C finely chopped sundried tomatoes (packed in oil, drained)
* 1 C soy milk
* 4 cloves minced garlic
* 4 T olive oil

Directions:
Combine goat cheese, herbs, and salt and pepper. Make slit down the side of each chicken breast creating a pocket. Spoon a layer of goat cheese mixture inside each chicken breast. Season chicken breasts on both sides with salt and pepper. Using sauté pan on med/high heat, layer bottom with olive oil and place chicken breasts facing up in pan until browned. Turn over and brown the other side then heat until fully cooked. Remove chicken breasts. Add minced garlic, sundried tomatoes and soy milk to the pan. Add salt and pepper, and scrape all bits off the bottom of the pan. Bring to a boil then simmer for 5 minutes. Spoon sauce over chicken (you may slice to increase portions)

* 2 oz of clear Tequila (Sauza or clear premium tequila)
* (count 1, 2 while you pour, no need for measuring)
* A splash of fresh lime juice
* A splash of Grand Marnier or BOLS Triple Sec

Directions:
Combine all ingredients over a glass of ice
Garnish with a lime wedge and salt (or sugar) if you'd like.

Hi Bonnie, TELL the French Fishermen to STOP using LIVE Dogs & Cats as SHARK BAIT!!! And tell the DOGFIGHTERS to STOP using Black Bears as bait!!! They de-tooth and de-claw them so the dogs don't get hurt. Then who ever tears up the POOR Bears the most gets to fight first!!! They also use Raccoons, Pigs, Cats, Rabbits ect... as bait. hey bonnie... my husband and i really love your show.. you are so funny ... we laugh all the time... my husband won;t go out before your show goes on... and if were out ... we have to rush home to watch your show.. we really love when your mom is on... your so kind... and we can tell your from a close family like us.

Hi Bonnie!! I really have to "Thank You" because you've kept me company while I'm mending from some recent surgery. It's so true that laughter is the best medicine. I've had heartt surgery in February and foot surgery in March and April and again in May ( trying to get this to heal). I know as a former nurse you'd understand the frustration in waiting for everything to heal. ( I am also a double transplant patient. My sister gave me her kidney in 1997. It turned out we SAVED each other! When the docs went to retrieve the kidney, they found an Aneurism, So the docs fixed that and we both made an excellent recover. The second transplant was in 1998, when on her birthday I was called with great news!!! I was getting a Pancreas!!
I've gone on to have several other surgeries, gall bladder tonsils ( yup....@ my age tonsils definitely weren't fun!)
Anyway, I'm just so glad that I get to watch you daily and thanks for making me laugh!!

I LOVE your show!! You are so real and loving to your mom... My mother passed away and I miss her so much. Seeing you interact with your mom brings me such a joy!! You are real funny too!! I did not know just how funny your were. I've seen you in the movies but to see you on the show is much better.

My Mom and I watch everyday. You are her favorite.
Prior to my father passing away on 12/26 she only got to watch old westerns. While she sure misses him she is loving learning there is funny people like you. She Loves your mother and tells me I should be more like you. On todays show she loved Heidi although she didn't know who she was.(remember the westerns)and thought Matthew should have children. She said he didn't sound at all gay and I tried to explain that is only just his character on TV. Her name is Nancy if you ever gave shout out she might die, but I know CPR.

Never happened across your show until yesterday. I was really inspired by the Junk Raft story. If it's possible could you direct me to be able to get a book about the raft, if they have one available. Please.
Not sure how you feel about being at the right place at the right time, but I was kind of thinking of doing something like this myself.
But am mentally challenged because of being in a coma with a temp. of 106 for eight week's.
We were wondering when the new shows would start again. I guess this would be season 2 and we hope that it will begin soon.
