Jennie Garth - Tuesday, November 11
It's Veteran's Day and Bonnie honors the men and women in the service. She'll introduce you to Patrick and Patty Horan. Patrick recently returned from Iraq where he suffered a traumatic head injury, their courage during his recovery is truly an inspirational story. Jennie Garth, who resurrected her role in the newly revamped '90210' stops by the '90232' (that's the City of Culver City's zip code where we tape the show.) She'll share how the cast is getting along and what she's been doing to help save our environment. Raven-Symone has grown up in front of our eyes - from 'The Cosby Show' to 'That's So Raven.' She's here to show Bonnie some memory book making tips from her online instructional video.

Bonnie,
I adore you and just love the show. I loved your tv series and was so sad when it was cancelled. I notice how you have some of the same people at your show that you had in the series and movies such as Return to Me which I watch every time its on. Your sense of humor is so like our crazy family.
I tape your show every day and watch it at night. I love your mom she is a hoot. Today you were shocked that someone ironed thier sheets. Well I do that and sometimes put a fabric starch on them. I hang them outside. I just love the smell and feel of crisp sheets. Actually I iron just about everything. I dont put much in the dryer becuase it shrinks things and wears them out. Im not that old in case you were thinking that. Im 54. Its just the way I was brought up. Arent you glad Im sharing this lol. Exciting hey? Jean Becker
Thank you Bonnie. You are an inspiration to us all. Everyone should aspire to the kindness & caring that you show. I enjoy your show & look forward to seeing it everyday. I have been a huge fan of yours for years & enjoy all of your work.
Thank you for honoring our veterans. Your show today was so moving. God Bless You
How can I purchase one of the canvas bags from GREENPEACE that were on Bonnie's show today?
Bonnie,
What a caring soul you are. I love your new show, but what I feel the most is what an amazing, sweet lady you are. I can so see you as a wonderful nurse. I too, am a nurse and have been one for for 30yrs. You're eyes say it all,so full of feeling and empathy.
You are a very talented lady and your Mom rocks!!

Hi Bonnie,
I watch your show everyday and I have been a big fan of yours. You have great passion for sensitive topics. My heart goes out to the families of the military. I have been married for 27 years and 16 years ago my husband was in an accident. (11/27/1992) It left him with brain and brain stem damage. He is 47 years old and I think god that I still have him. It has been a long and difficult road. I would like people when they see a disable person that they see them as a person.
Thanks Bonnie,
Gee, everyone else's comments are so serious today I worry a little about bringing this up but your red holiday set is a tad alluring doncha think? Not one other person notices the modernistic breast sculpture to the right? Bonnie, I thought there was a slight chance you hadn't seen see yourself on-air recently so...
Dear Bonnie, you have giant red boobies just over your left shoulder. Sometimes when you gesture, it's startling to say the least. Hope it's not just me that sees 'em.
If anyone else also sees them, I can reveal that I'm a longtime fan of yours. Happy to see you doing so well in your own little nest. Perfect.
hey as usual it was a great show. Your show always brightens my day.
I loved that you had the (Military wives) on your show. We tend to forget that they are alone and worried about there loved ones.
Here in Canada I know many people who have gone over to fight the fight and keep the peace. I also know that everyone has not come home in one piece or even alive. In southern Ontario the bodies of our soldiers travel the 401 from Trenton where they travel to toronto then sent home. During this time Ontarians stand along this piece of highway, andstand on over passes dressed in red waiting to pay there respects to the fallen soldier. Sometimes they wait for hours, But know one complains. They wait. It is though it is there way of giving back and a way to pay there respects. This has been done since the beginning, when the first soldier's body was sent home. It will continue, until all our guys can make it home safe and sound to their families.
I just wanted to tell you this, on this day of rememberence. Debbie from Ontario Canada.
Hi Bonnie,
I love your show!
I just wanted to share with you what my mom and called our special room. It was always called "the snake room". Not a soul visiting ever had the guts to open that door. As a kid I never knew why we had a room called "the snake room", I must have been in high school when I finally figured out why. I still love that memory and the look on visitors faces.

Hi Bonnie, I just wanted to let you know I am so proud of you for taking the time to honor the brave men and women who are making such sacrifices for our country today. I am even more proud of the brave couple that you had on today, Patty and Pat, and am humbled by their strength, courage, commitment, and love for each other. Thank you for showing that there are real people out there, struggling to stay together, even through such devastating circumstances. Please let them know how much we are praying for their continued success. Also, thank you for your continued effort to bring us a show that still focuses on "real" life, and not just the "glam". I, for one, find it ultimately refreshing. Keep up the good work, I'll be watching as long as you are on the air. Love your show, you, and your talented and charming staff. Thanks again, Marcia
Wow..Todays show with Pat was so amazing. I could have cried. The dedication between the husband and wife was amazing. And seeing that he struggles so much but she shows conditional love no matter what..that is so great and really great that you showed that. I believe that it touched each person in a different way. I love all the soldiers and am so proud of all of them. Thanks again.
Ashley
Bonnie I need to know how I can make a contribution for service people with brain injuries. I thought that would be on the show - perhaps I missed it. thank you. terrific show
Hello Bonnie,
I just wanted to thank you for honoring our veterans today. Did you know that the San Francisco Chronicle didn't even mention it in today's paper? What a shame. I have 2 sons in the Army, both have served in Iraq, although thankfully not at the same time. Thank you for being a voice for our heroes and their families who are heroes as well.
Thank you also for having a show I could sit down with anyone to watch and not have to worry about the content. So refreshing.
All the best to you,
Beth
Hi Bonnie, Thank you from the bottom of my heart for honoring our vets and putting a face to our soldiers. My son is in the army and I am so proud of him and his sacrifice for this wonderful nation, Ive have not heard or seen anyone in the news and tv talk show areana ever say thank you with such conviction
Dear Bonnie,
I just want to say how much I enjoy you and your show. You are such a pleasure to tune into everyday.
Thank you,
Michelle
Hi Bonnie,
I am so that I found your show. I am always touched by the people you have on. I especially liked seeing Pat and Patty. They are such an inspiration to watch. I am a Navy wife and I was so worried that my husband might be activated but now I know that, if he is, I will be alright. I just need a good support system like they have and I know I have one in my family. Also, love the shows with your mom on it. She is so much fun and has great advice.
Love the show and I hope you are on a long long time.
HI Bonnie and Don
My wife Michele and i watch your show every day in the evening because we record it on our DVR .. you bring so much joy to our evenings..
i do have a small suggestion, tonite we are seeing in concert Trini Lopez the very famous singer of the last 40 years.. and very good friend of Mr. Dean Martin .. Mr Lopez has sold over 100 million albums and appeared in the action film the Dirty Dozen ...and has received the entertainer of the year award given to him by our Calif Governor... i think he would be an excellent guest star if possible for your audience and i know your mom would appreciate his music and songs.. just a suggestion ...
Thank you /ED
God Bless America is all I can say. The majority of the men in my family have all been Military, so I have always had a great pride for what our Brothers and Sisters in Arms do everyday. I cried on 9-11, I adopted soldiers over there and I have proudly supported in any way I could for all of my adult life. (Meaning Military, Fire Dept and Police Officers) AND can I say....the job that ALL of the Military wives (like my sister, a 23 year Navy wife) take on when their husbands are away, is amazing and I applaude all of you. You have my respect and my prayers. No one truly understands what you do, until they are living your life, right along with you.
I can truly understand now since I am a Navy wife myself and my Husband is currently serving his second tour. He has been gone this time since April and will not return until June of next year. This of course, after a 3 year tour previously. I am more proud today than ever before. I love being married to someone that is so passionate about their job and truly believes in what being a part of this Country, truly means.
He is my true Hero in every sense of the word. My Husband has not only dedicated his life and served his Country for almost 17 years, but he had zero reservations of taking on the responsibility of a family that was not his by birth. I met my Husband when we were in High School, but we never dated until about 20 years later. When we finally dated, I was a single Mother working full-time (which I still do, because let's face it, we married Military! ha-ha) of the two most beautiful girls, which one has Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, legally blind and fed through a tube in her stomach. This of course, made my heart go out to Pat and Patty today. I deal with Seizures on a daily basis and we have almost lost our daughter 5 times. It is one of the hardest things I have ever had to go through, so my heart goes out to you. We still fight everyday for things like a wheelchair accessible van, a ramp on our house, equipment, etc...but even when we get discouraged, which I know they must too, we just think about how it's one more day than what we had before and we can't really ask for more. It makes those other things so trivial. So we may never find the grants or whatever, to get a few of the things to make life a little easier with their Dad away all the time, but I wouldn't trade my children or my Husband for any of it.
So to all of those families out there that don't have alot of support network (because we are all military and we do move alot) just keep going. Keep going and keep looking and keep fighting. Why? Because it's our job to find the strength to fight here for our families, while our spouses fight for us and everyone else ....over there. We owe them that. All of them.
Thanks again Bonnie for yet another great show!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Bonnie for honoring our soldiers this Veteran's Day. We so enjoy your show and your sense of humor. It was so nice that you paid tribute to our men and women in the service. Everyone on TV should take note of your dedication to them. My husband returned from the Korean war 56 years' ago (he was overseas 30 months). He never talks much about being overseas but he really gets emotional when he sees/hears anything about our service men and women. We wish you so much luck with the show - you deserve only the best. You're very talented and your sincerity and kindness shines through.
We watch you everyday so keep those laughs coming.
Jo Gaissert (Strasburg, PA)
Dear Bonnie,
I appreciate being able to watch a television show with a person who encourages integrity, kindness and a host of other virtues. You are very affirming with your guests and actually allow them to speak.
I eat lunch while I watch your show. Usually your show is better than my lunch...though my lunch is usually pretty good. Regan
Congratulations to Bonnie for the Veterans Day Show. Thank you for the correct pronunciation of Veterans-with three syllables not the usual two--vet-rans.Great show. Jean
