SHOW RECAP
Dennis Haysbert ("The Unit"): We're in good hands with Bonnie when she welcomes Dennis to the show! He's been busy directing an episode of "The Unit" and he'll tell us all about it.

Cynthia McFadden ("Nightline"): As co-host of "Nightline" Cynthia has interviewed many fascinating people, but it turns out that one of her favorite moments is when she got to sit down with this wild animal. Hear more about that, and how Katharine Hepburn came up with the name for her son.

Dr. Kevin Hunt: Is there a doctor in the house? There is, and he's also Bonnie's brother! Hear about the touching work Kevin has been doing in Uganda, and while he's here he'll answer some of the audience's health questions.

NEXT: Friday, April 3 - Jordana Brewster

I am a Naturopathic Physician in Connecticut and I specialize in holistic health for children and women www.NaturalBabyDoctor.com). For problems with sleep, I recommend a little protein before bed. The reason: blood sugar levels fall during the night and are lowest around 4-5 a.m. The body's response is to want to get glucose levels back up and the body sends out epinephrine/adrenaline in trying to get those levels to balance. People wake and may or may not feel hungry. But a couple tablespoons of chicken or beans or almond butter before bed may help to keep the blood sugar levels even through the night.

What is the name of the organization your brother has started in Uganda?

Thank you

i love this show i can't miss one

I totally disagree with your brother on Hormone Replacement Therapy. It is just another case of men not understanding [and pooh-poohing] what women are going through.

Lack of sleep affects every portion of your life.

Sorry, Doc, you missed on this one.

Bonnie good show today your brother is just like you he has a caring heart.Your mother should be proud of her children. Coming from a family of 13 children I can relate with you. Thank you for all the work you do with the rescue dogs. I love what you wear, people should realize beauty comes from within and it shows. Don was great on his new commercial and love him in the birdhouse skits watch you show everyday

Loved seeing your brother on the show. I have something he may be interested in especially where he is into natural healing and remedies, you would benefit too Bonnie! Featured in Mens Journal check it out http://www.myvemma.com/rebeccabryson

Hi!

Just watching the show and didn't catch what the name of the Dennis Haysbert's teen eating program was.

Getting old and can't retain information anymore!

Thank you,

Heidi

Hi Bonnie,
I am a licensed clinical social worker in private practice and just wanted to thank your brother for using the term "biopsychosocial" on your show. That is the perspective social workers use to assess our clients and I have never heard a physician use that term before. It is good to know someone in the medical community is aware of its' importance.

Thanks so much,
Nancy Makar, MSW, LCSW

Bonnie - At the beginning of the show, you are wearing a black top, and you say" Yackkkkiiieee Tat Tat Tat Is there anyway possible that you could delete that (IT DRIVES ME NUTS) Most of us are on our 2nd cup of coffee and it is just way too much!!!! We get your show at 10 a.m. here in South Charleston, West Virginia.

Love your Mom.

Looks like some familiar daytime talk show producer has been doing a little moonlighting with Julia-Louis Dreyfuss...
