Toys featured in Mike's segment:

Bendaroos: These wax covered strings can be bent into anything and the best part is you can unbend them and reuse again!

Elmo Live: This year, Fisher-Price brings everyone's favorite furry red monster to life - like never before.  Elmo Live is the closest kids can get to taking Elmo home from Sesame Street.

Air Hogs Zero Gravity Car: This remote controlled car uses a vacuum to hold it against flat services allowing it to drive straight up walls!

Biscuit the Dog: Your kids want a dog but you are sure? Why not get the next best thing? This robotic dog is so real and loveable.

Kota the Triceratops: This baby dino can be ridden by kids and responds and reacts to their interaction. An amazing toy!

Hi Bonnie, after watching your show, I immediately went on the computer to donate my $10 to Cancer Research and receive an Elmo, however, they said NO ITEMS WERE AVAILABLE, not even to bid on. Was there a problem?

BONNIE -: So glad you now have a TV show. Have always loved ya. Listening to your Catholic comments makes me chuckle since I had the same upbringing. Happy Holidays!

Bonnie - love your show - love you as an actress!
I went to ebay to get the Elmo Live Doll and it was no longer available - I wanted to do my part and help out as I have a newphew with Leukemia who is 5 and to get it for him and his sister. Oh well - have a great christmas and keep being you as we love you out here

Dear Bonnie,

Have always been a fan and many congrats on your success.

My memory is gone and can't remeber the name of the first toy that was reviewed - the "wax with string things". I would love to get them for my grandchildren.

Who ever remembers, please let me know!

Just wanted to say love your show,so few are actually so enjoyable, You seem like a real sweetheart although I wish your givaways were available to Canada as well. nuff said, hope your ride is as long as Johnnys.

Today's show was enjoyable as usual, but I could have done w/o those two woefully dreadful contestants in the SING IT OR WING IT game. Sorry, ladies, being dumb-stricken is no excuse, and no humming either!

p.s. Look what you started Bonnie. Elmo Elmo Elmo!

bonnie you are always such a breath of fresh air and so easy to identify with for us in the northeast. you are just like one of us! todays show was a pleasure just as always. feel better soon.

Got the honor of going to the Dec 8th show and was hoping you left in all the things Charlie did.
Hate to say it but he stole the show. Whats the old saying about working with animals and kids? Think they will change the name of the show from "The Bonnie Hunt Show" to "The Charlie Hunt Show"?

Love ya
Jackie

Bonnie: I think your show is the best talk show on televison. Merry Christmas to you and your staff. I really enjoy the segment with your dog Charlie and the mechanical dog. I laughed so hard. Your Mom and I are around the same age and I can relate to everything she says. I wish you all the best and I hope your show is on for many years to come. It's a show that children can watch and that hasn't happened on TV in a very long time. Hope you get better soon. Pat Calavano

Merry Christmas to you and your whole staff. I love your show and watch it every morning and laugh. I felt bad for you today with your throat problems. What a trooper. I am writing to thank you for the opportunity to try and get an Elmo for one of my 8 grandkids. There were none this morning but I looked back at 3 and there was one! Our Emma is going to be so happy. Their dad lost his job and money is tight so there was no way they could have bought one for her but God made a way and I just want to thank you so much!!

Hi Bonnie! I've been a long time fan! You always make me laugh out loud! I love that you watch t.v. with your mom while on the phone. I thought that my daughters and I were the only ones who did that!! I too looked for Elmo, and the $10 donation on your site and eBay's and could not find a way to do this. Any ideas?
Thanks again for the joy you bring with your humor!

Dear Bonnie,
Love your show! Now I have a great way to fill in the time watching when before there was nothing good on TV at 2PM.(central time zone for TX.)
Sorry about your voice giving you such a problem. You are Gorgeous, No Matter What!
Best wishes for continued success!
Love your Mom's segment as well...I'm a mom to.
Here's a tip; Warm the juice of 1/2 a lemon and 2 to 3 tablespoons of honey in a small cup in the mirco wave. Using a teaspoon, careful not to get to hot,and slowly consume all of this portion. This aides in the recovery and soothing effect on your sore throat. (If you like add a bit of RUM...Yum!) Hope you feel better soon.
I'll be watching,
Tina From Texas

Dear Bonnie Hunt show. I want you to know that I really appreciate the whole concept of Give and Get. I am not suprised that the dolls went so quickly, and will not tell you why I "deserve" to have one for myself. What I am going to do instead is, inspired by your idea, I will "Give and Get" in my own business. When people donate money to our company's charity I will give them an item from our product line. Thanks for the inspiration!

Dearest Bonnie,

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A BLESSED NEW YEAR TO YOU AND ALL THOSE YOU LOVE!!!

Thank you for such a wonderful and fun show. Love you and your mom. Great fun with all the funny celebrities and guests.

I have a Christmas wish for my grandest children. We immediately tried to go to your Ebay auction via your web but no luck trying to bid/order "talking Elmo". We are in need of 4 for our wonderful and beautiful grandchildren but there was no way to do this on your Ebay auction. I am without employment and for a long time without much finances, so this opportunity to purchase a toy and give for $10.00 each was a great way to make Christmas wishes come true and to give to others. For many years,I have been a long time volunteer to many, many organizations to help others in need of ALL ages. So I commend you and all who take the time to share and care and show genuine compassion for others who truly need it!. Anyway, if you would be so kind as to assist us in any way to be able to get the Elmo toys for our deserving grandest children we would be truly grateful!!!

PLEASE, RESPOND to us, either way. We appreciate you and all the kindness you share.

Thank you for your kindness and prayers,
P. Daugherty

Yes, I too could not get the Elmo as we air later in the day. Would be nice to space out the number for others. Happy Holidays to All!

Oh i almost forgot,...you are great, i love watching ur show, ur a hoot, not sure what that mean.s but alot of people say that out here, i guess it means funny or something in that order, anyways, u and ur mom crack me up...
i didnt know u were a nurse till i started watching ur show, how long did you work in a hospital?. or wherever u worked before u started show business?. can i ask u a question?..i have epilepsy, do u know anything about the new meds these days?...i get little tremors once in a while, and sometimes they are noticeable, but some arn't?..why do people get them even if they are taking seizures meds?..

Your fan always,

My husband and I love the show! We watch it everyday before he goes to work...we actually laugh out loud, which is especially interesting because my husband rarely does that!!! Mo'nique was a riot and we love Chris "Dell" from Private Practice....Gotta say this..you have some different guests. Often times we'll watch one show and then see the same guest on another BORING!!! Loved the toy demo...that dog is as crazy as our dogs!! I was disappointed about the Elmo...not available 'cuz BONNIE is on in our area 2-3 p.m. and Elmo was way gone!!!

Bonnie,

I have wanted a Biscuit the Dog for my Grandbaby but could not afford one. I lost my job at a local Police Department after I became ill and almost died in January. I have not been able to work since, and my insurance is $400.00 a month. Zoey cannot have a dog because of where her Mommy lives. Please help me if you can, I'll even take the Biscuits that Charlie drug around. Please please Bonnie.

I've been trying for 1/2 an hour to figure out why I can't find the elmo, give and get donation location until I saw these comments. Is there a way to still donate the money and get the elmo?
