I have only one critique: you need to sing more often on your show!! not just bits and pieces, but a whole song. you have a great voice!!

First off, my best friend decided a long time ago that if there was ever a movie made of her life - she wants you to play her. You are both hilarious!
Secondly - your opening comments about Nordstrom vs Nordstroms - HI -LARIOUS. As a former employee of Nordstrom - when someone calls it NordstromS it is one of my biggest pet peeves, so thank you for that call out to my pet peeve. I think you've done a great public service.
As a resident of the great city of Chicago - remember, we shop at THE JEWEL - not JEWEL.

I love everything about your show and have loved everything you have ever been in. "Remember Me" is one of my most favorite movies, I thought your role as the sister was great.
I have to say...Florence Henderson should never have spoken about mothers the way she did. She actually told more than a million mothers that they had failed in raising their children. I'm sorry, but I don't believe the fact that you have raised children of your own, that do not have problems, gives you the knowledge or experience to say something like that on national television. Fame does not make you an expert, and I would give anything to actually debate that issue with her. How dare she say something like that to women. You would think with her career that she was at least more knowledgeable about women's roles as mothers and also in the workplace. She just set womens roles back to the 60's. I tell you it's days like this that make me grateful for my Comcast DVR, because I actually had to rewind it several times to make sure I heard her right. I'm angry, really angry and I wish you would have some mothers on your show to address issues like that. I don't think your mother would agree with that...at least I hope she wouldn't. Can we ask her?
Keep up the great fun, I love watching you everyday, sometimes late at night, when I finally have the time, but I try not to miss you.

Your show is real because YOU are real! The atmosphere is humorous without being comedic ie trying too hard! LOVED today's show - frankly, the "witty reparte" reminds me of what transpires between my friends/family and I. I imagine that's what attracts so many to your show - at home, people are inserting themselves into the conversation. I love that you personify a "best friend", with no "pillars" in sight.

Got a big kick out of the "slinky cat", and enjoyed your "take" on it as well.

Thanks for the fun little contest for a caption to today's picture - I love to do that sort of thing.

When my children were young one of our favorite things was to visit the pet store. Inevitably, before we left I had named all the cute fuzzy pets, and given them a persona! (No slimey things - those arent proper pets!) For instance, one day we walked by a giant black holland lop bunny. He just laid there and stared at us, totally uninquisitive of the crazy lady and three squirming, pushing kids, practically climbing into the cage with him. I looked at my kids, asuming the blank gaze of the bored rabbit, then opened my mouith in a slow drawl, "M' name's Budge ... 'cause I don't!"

Thought your mother's advice was right on. You are lucky to have been raisd by a woman of such wisdom. ... Well, except maybe for the six kids and one bathroom thing! (Tee hee!)

Obviously, I really enjoyed the show. Thank you for being the professional you are, and congratulations for putting together a crew that can keep up with you and keep your audience at their ease!

Hi, Bonnie. I'd like to post a comment about how your mom refers to K-Mart as "K-MartS". I'm originally from Michigan and now live in Dallas. I've noticed that beyond the nasal intonations that people from "up North" who live here use, especially those from Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Northern Indiana and Ohio, they refer to any major retailer with an "s" at the end. Krogers, Targets (like your mom said), Meiers (although that is their name) I don't know why. Is it a possessive "s" or are they referring to the entire chain? I just don't know. Maybe it's just an upper midwestern thing. Just wanted you to know that I, too, have noticed this. I have enjoyed you for a long time. First noticed you in "Rainman" as the waitress. So glad i can see you on weekly daytime tv.

Hey Bonnie! Just wanted to let you know that most of us in Seattle also refer to Nordstrom as Nordstroms. A quick history.... Nordstrom was originally a shoe store called Wallin & Nordstrom which opened in 1901. When the founders (John Nordstrom and Carl Wallin) retired and sold their shares to Mr. Nordstrom's sons in the late 1920's, the name was changed to Nordstrom's. The name was changed again in 1969 to Nordstrom Best when they aquired Best Apparel, then changed again in 1973 to Nordstrom. Although this has been the official name ever since, most Seattlites still refer to the store as Nordstroms not only because that's how our parents and grandparents knew it and still refer to it, but also because it is still run by the Nordstrom family (thus Nordstrom's).

Today Florence Henderson was on, and she made a comment that if your kids turn out good you have been a good parent, and if not you have "failed" I think she is very rigid and should not make such sweeping comments on parenthood. It was very judgemental.

Hi Bonnie, Iam so happy that you have your own show. I absolutely love it. I watch you every day or tape it on my VCR. You are so down to earth and very funny. I love the off the cuff remarks you make. You're a riot. I also love when you have your mom on the show. Ask Alice is a hoot. The guests, the mail, the videos everything. It's all awesome.
