SHOW RECAP
Jorge Garcia ("Lost"): All you "Lost" fans won't want to miss this one -- Hurley's here! He'll tell us about what's happening on the island, but did you also know Jorge has quite the green thumb? He's even growing tomatoes with a Topsy Turvy just like Bonnie!

Eliza Dushku ("Dollhouse"): She made a name for herself on the hit shows "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel." She now has a new Sci-Fi action show where her mind is erased and implanted with different personas. Make sense? She'll explain it all when she's here.

"Amazing Race" Eliminated Couple: It's down to five teams and the race is heating up! Fights are breaking out and team patience is being tested. Hear from this newest eliminated team about what went on off-camera!

Hi Bonnie,
My name is Pat and I work for Walgreens as a Senior Beauty Advisor. My sister lives in Mi.and told me you had mentioned working for Walreens and a story about a guy named Sammy..So she asked me if I knew what she was talking about.I believe it must be Sammy from Miami!!! I have met him here in Houston, several times. He gave us our seminars at our district office, hand signed pictures, gave hairstyles, and hair products and taught us everything we needed to know to sell his awesome hair products. He is the GREATEST and all us at Walgreens love him.. His sister is pretty special too..So how do I see that show??? My sister watches you everyday, and thinks your the BEST.. Pat from Houston

Bonnie, THANK YOU SO MUCH for featuring homeless animals on your show........as well as talking about the situation and expressing your love of animals. The world needs more
Bonnie Hunts. God bless you with thanks from Ellie who is writing on behalf of those that cannot speak for themselves!!!!!!!

Bonnie, I want one of those new mugs!! How cute!! I envy your audience getting one...

Hi Bonnie, great show as usual. Most of us out here need to laugh!! I think you should put the mug with you and charlie and the pants that the band were wearing on your website for sale. All proceeds going to cancer research. Just a thought...count me in, I would love a mug. Keep the laughs coming and all good wishes to you and yours.

Loved being at the tapeing on 4/21. My daughter and I came from Massachusetts to visit California. The best part of the trip was getting front row seats to your show!

Dear Bonnie,
Today Jorge Garcia mentioned the Hawaiian monk seals. I was so excited when he did because I am a volunteer that helps with thier conservation. They are the only tropical seal species surviving besides the mediterranean monk seal, and are one of the most highly endangered marine mammals in the world. I've lived in Hawaii for the past year and watching them, protecting them, and educating the public about them has been one of my greatest joys..like Jorge! I thought you might be interested to learn more about them, and other people who also have never heard of them could go to this link:
http://www.pifsc.noaa.gov/psd/mmrp/monkseals.php
These animals really need our help as there are only maybe 1100 of them left and they are only found withing the Hawaiian island chain. Their population has been decreasing by 4% every year and they could go extinct. Maybe you could talk about them again on your show! Jorge could be a wildlife ambassador?!
Thanks for having a great show
Much Aloha, Sophia

Show was great, as always, Bonnie is sweet and kind to all and very funny.

**FYI for Don and any others that have deleted pictures on an SD card etc...it happened to us...once in a lifetime trip to Alaska...anyway, if you contact San Disk...they have a recovery program...if you haven't taken new pictures on the cleared disk...you can actually recover the deleted ones...even if you have taken some new pics...you will be able to recover whatever is on the portion that hasn't been used a second time. We were able to recover over 500 pictures!

Oh...I forgot. When you get a chance take a look at this website. No matter what kind of mood you are in this will make you smile!

I love Nick's pants with your picture on them. I think you should make them and sell them on your website! What do you tink?

Have you ever played "What's your stripper name"? Your first name is the name of your first pet, and your last name is the first street you lived on -- I am Skippy Jewell!

I think all your shows are great Bonnie..The one on Monday with olivia Newton John and new Husband I would like to know where to get the Zamu drink...I am interested in getting some...can you tell a difference since you drank some on Monday? that is what I would like to know if you could help me would be appreicated!!!!

Thanks LULA

Hi Bonnie, I watch your show everyday, and when i can't i dvr it. you are the best in daytime tv. i too am a huge lover of dogs, i have a dachshound, her name is annie, and she is spoiled rotten, she sits right by her cupboard where she knows her treats are. she is the best thing that has happened to me in a long time. i also want to comment on an email i read from Holly, 4/21/09 @ 1:38 pm, she was diagnosed w/ cervical cancer in Nov. and thank the dear lord she is now in remission. I am a 6yr survivor of cervical cancer, i had a radical hysterectomy, chemo, and radiation. i love all the great things you do for cancer research bonnie, its nice to know that it is not all about breast cancer research, that it is for all the cancers out there. thank you bonnie, you make me laugh every day.

Dear Bonnie,
I loved seeing Jorge Garcia on your show. I'm completely obssessed with Lost. After every episode I call my dad, also a huge fan, and we have long discussions. It was fun to see how creative Jorge is. I think he needs his own lifestyle show. Like Martha Stewart only better. I havn't seen her make a Halloween costume out of a toilet seat! But seriously, those were pretty clever ideas. Love the show!

Dear Bonnie,
I just had to write and tell you what a good laugh I got today when I saw those PJ's with your picture on each one. What a kick! I love Walgreens as well. Do everything there, from getting pictures made up (never thought of material)to getting my make up, nail polish, groceries and hair color. Yes, I do my own! I can't afford to go to the Beauty Show, so now I've done it so long, being 72 years old, I rather enjoy it. I have one of these $25.00 5"TV's with the one rabbit ear from Walgreens. It's black & white & I love it. I'll be the saddest person when we have to go HDTV in June now. This is in my bathroom, so I have entertainment, as I work. Being this thing has a built in rabbit ear, those boxes won't work and we don't have cable in the bathroom.
We had 74 degrees here in Seattle yesterday and oh, so nice! I planted seeds to grow some flowers. It's real nice today also.
I loved hearing about your blue eye shadow! I love your Mom. You are so funny, I really enjoy your show! God Bless you for the joy you bring to others.
Connie

Loved the show today. Loved the mug they did for you. Are you ever going to sell such items for us fans to have at home, maybe you could use some of the money to go towards you charity. Keep up the great job of giving us viewers something new and fun to watch.

Bonnie I am still waiting for you to get back to me regarding the fact that it is me that should be on Days of our lives. This is my childhood dream and I am sad thAT THIS OPPORTUNITY MAY PASS ME BY BECAUSE i WAS NOT THE RIGHT CALLER NUMBER. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BONNIE YOU ARE MY ONLY HOPE TO GET ON THAT SHOW. i JUST REALIZED THAT SOUNDED LIKE PRINCESS lEAHAS PLEA ON STARWARS NO OBIE ONE CANOBIE.

i love jorge from lost! he was so funny-i dont watch night time tv, so ive never seen the show, but i love yours, and your love for your mom and family and the old neighborhood. but jorge! is he married? he was so funny in that understated way. great show, bonnie-and dont listen-black is always in style! when ever i try to wear a different color, i see someone in black and think-i wish id worn black. i add a colorful scarf or cami to add a touch of color once in a while-did i mention i want to meet jorge from lost?

Loved Jorge Garcia - funny guy! But, why no mention of his being Jerry Garcia's Son?

Thanks for the Picture Jammy pants idea -available at Walgreen's - I just placed an order on line for gifts for my husband and daughter!

MM

Bonnie, I love the show! I have to say that I have a hard time watching it when you have your black suit on....it's spring and everything is in bloom and you are still wearing black! It's kind of depressing!! If you wear it to make you look slimmer, (you're not fat!!!) aren't you sending the wrong message to young girls and women every where??? put some color in your life...lighten up...dress to match your personality and lovely SELF!!! I hope this doesn't offend you and everyone else...I just think you're not doing justice to yourself.
Thanks,
Connie

Hi Bonnie. My husband and I just love your show. It is so nice to see lots of humor in this stressful world we live it. We try to watch your show every day.
I am a retired nurse practitioner and really appreciate all the work you do for cancer research. My father and a brother died of cancer and this really is important. Thank you so very much for all your hard work.
On a lighter note, I have a wonderfully funny newspaper headline from our small local paper I'd like to send to you. Being Catholic, it really struck me as humorous. Please email me your mailing address (I don't have a scanner) and I'll mail it to you. Blessings, Susan
