Oh No! Sooo disappointed in not being able to bid on the single cup coffee maker. I was poised at my computer, web page up to the gift. The second the computer clock hit 3PM (6 eastern) I hit Buy It! and guess what? SOLD OUT! It was approx. 2-5 seconds and they were gone?? HOW?? I'm perplexed, Ms. Bonnie, totally perplexed.....and not happy...

I love your show- however I am disappointed with the get and give. I made several attempts and 3 times ebay said I won the coffee maker and when i hit pay now and was sent to paypal it said there was an error and 0 items available...after ebay showed I got one. I came home from shopping in order be ready at 3pm and that happened- then the same thing happened at 6. I'm not going to put myself thru that again. I have been using ebay for years and I don't understand how it would show I got one and then an error message would show. Is there something wrong with the program? If there were none available it should've said that instead of having me confirm the payment and sending me over to paypal several times

You have got to be kidding me! I know you said there were a limited number but what, was there only ONE available? I set an alarm and at exactly three o'clock tried to buy it. It was gone before I could type in my info!

Come on! That is ridiculous. At least Oprah gave away free stuff and gave you two days to claim it!

That give and get....what a joke!!!! You never did mention how many items you have....let me guess....5???? It would've been a good idea, IF you actually HAD the items. Sold out at 6:00?

Can I donate the ten dollars and let other people just duke it out for the prizes?

Bonnie---I only have 2 hours to myself, when the kids are in school. I choose to spend that time folding laundry and watching your show. It's my oasis. Love everything...but WHAT GIVES..with the Give and Get. I camped out at 11, 3, and 6 and it's impossible to win. I was on-line, at the ready, and can not understand how I couldn't have been one of the first 60. I'll try again, but my father would have really dug that coffee maker. He's a recovering alcoholic, 3years and doing well...with a new found passion for coffee and hot chocolate. It's a great idea and I can see why folks love it...but do people really win??? Maybe you could post winners, that way we might think we actually have a chance. Much peace and love to you!

this is a hoot - i was switching on the minute the coffee machine came on and when i clicked on it - the second it came on - it was gone????

I agree, I had my ebay page ready to go so when 3:00 PST came by I was able to go to the ebay site to purchase today's item. It was gone in 10 seconds flat. Ouch, not fair whoever is buying them up that fast. How many items actually go up for the auction? Poo, now I missed the end of your show by waiting next to the computer for nothing. So what happened at the end? You're great and a refreshing hightlight!

This Give & Get idea is great but "real people" don't have a chance to get them. If your staff checks it out some guy bought 5 at once...... I'm thinking no one needs 5 coffee makers. Maybe you should change the way to get them so its fair to all.

Bonnie, I have always enjoyed watching you, but found it frustrating today when you took the time to explain how to "buy" the featured item for a charitable contribution. I diligently watched for my cell phone to turn to 5:00 p.m. central time & by the time I clicked on "buy this item" it was no longer available. Wow! Something's wrong somewhere. Hopefully some of your true fans were able to get the item!

how frustrating...you sit and watch the clock turn 6pm est and then less then 30 seconds the item is gone...not even enough time to type in your payment info...if there is a trick I don't know it would be nice to know...GRRRR...again how frustrating...oh, 44 of them is way too little to the size of the fan base

Now I don't believe that there is actually a person that can bid on your give and get products.

How many are going up for bid? I was watching the atomic clock and was in within 2 seconds and the item had ended????? Exactly how does this happen.

Maybe you should take a good hard look at what's happening. There is something not right about this event.

I'm glad you're doing it, but for some reason even people that are computer savvy don't have a chance.... Or... Is there only one product??? If so, you're giving more to your audience and not making a nickel for cancer.

There were 80 available and within 5 seconds they were all gone. Someone even bought 5 of them! GREEDY and unfair to those of us who would like to get just one! People who buy more than one should have their order canceled.

loved your show and loved that you had Tony Danza on today..as for your give and get giveaway...I PARKED myself in front of my computer to get an espresso machine at the right times (eastern time) and it WOULDN'T LET ME BUY ANY (it would show the page and say it was gone, but how could it be gone it the first 10 seconds of it being posted?)...something's up...please fix or help out on this problem...who knows maybe you like the east coast more...
