I was watching the show today when you showed how to go to the give and get, followed your directions and yet even though it shows the dolce gusto still available as soon as you click on it the next page says 0 items in this section. I am going to try again because this is something my daughter has always wanted and I cannot afford to buy one. Besides I like the fact of giving to a charity anyway. I love the show and have so enjoyed having something to watch during the day that is so entertaining and funny, since I can't work do to chronic illness. I have always loved Bonnie in everthing she's done. Going to try your sight again at three oclock hope you guys are able to fix the problem by then. thanks again for this wonderful opportunity at this time of the year. I never go on and ask for any thing off any show BUT I loved the gift and get. So I went on to purchase my $10.00 get for giving. I could not get one. I was on exactly after you announced it. They said their were none in that catagory. I hope you can fix this problem. Please contact me if you can resolve the issue.

"0 items found in Bonnie's Give & Get" they do list the times available I'll take a chance and assume that there are a limited number of items allocated for each time listed so I'll be ready at 6pm(EST)along with thousands of your other fans. My sister is a Breast Cancer survivor and was a patient at Northwestern so I have even more reason to show my personal thanks to them and to you for sponsoring this fund raising drive.

I watched your show for the very first time today and was pleasantly surprised. Your guests spanned a number of generations which will definitely keep young and the more senior viewers watching.

I did want to mention to you that your Give and Get promotional is not working. I signed in at exactly 3:00pm EST. When clicking the link "Buy Me Now" I was rerouted to eBay. To my disappointment eBay's message stated that there were zero items to buy. I understand the mad rush to donate in order to obtain one of these giveaway items, but with 10 seconds past the start time and there are zero items to buy... this is a little hard to believe.

Just in case you were wondering if I have an eBay account.... I do - so this was not the reason for the message I received from eBay.

Please have one of your staff members check in to this error.... you'll probably find its on eBay's end.

I'm truly sorry I was unable to donate the $10 to cancer. I guess I'll try again later this week.

My husband and I give a donation yearly to the Cancer Research, so my quest to get the coffee dispencer, I guess, isn't a drastic loss. But, I really wanted it!! Darn. I realized that I live in the Pacific Standard time Zone and although I figured it out at a later time, Poof, I lost my chance.

Your give and get is not working. I went on line to give and get and it always says zero ...I was there and refreshed etc at 1pm my time your time 3pm. I was a little before and stayed after. Could there be a glitch. I really wanted the coffie maker for a friend but I could never aford that. I was all excited and couldn't wait for the time to change. :( My hopes have been dashed. BUT I love your show. We watch it at lunch time while we are at work. The best thing on.

As soon as you announced the charity gift of the day, I signed onto your web page and followed the steps only to get a message "0 items found for Nestle in Bonnie's Give & Get". I have tried 20 more times to get the same message. Please have your production people test your links before you announce. This is very frustrating. Someone didn't do their job. What a shame.

I am a hard working nurse, as you also were, and I just love your show. I am only able to watch once or twice a week, the hospital has the rest of my time. The hour goes by so fast and when the show is over, I find myself wishing for more. You are a gracious host and bring out the very best in all your guests. Just wanted to let you know the giveaway site does work however you have to be a quick on the computer as all was sold out in 5 min. By the time I got to the end the site said system error and couldn't proceed. However I went to the Red Cross site and donated as it is such a good cause. I can only hope everyone will do the same it's only $10.00 and as always you can write it off on your taxes. We must remember to give a little especially in these hard times and not Complain as there is always someone worse off. I love your show and was heart broken to see you upset for trying to help this good cause.

love your show, but very disappointed in the Give and Get portion.

Absolutely impossible to get in the bidding part of Ebay. Was on the page one minute before the posted time, got into the Dolce Gusto site, but the transaction was blocked and one minute later all the items were sold. My only conclusion is that there is probably five items at most up at the appointed times. This is a gimmick and not very happy times to get something so nice as a possible gift and be so disappointed and frustrated at the same time...Great idea, but leaves a sour taste in the mouth of myself and I'm sure many, many more folks.

I watch Bonnie at noon today (12/9). After Bonnie explained how to do the Give and Get, I went on my computer. I found the item and when I went to order it, this message came up, 0 items found in Bonnie's Give and Get. There are no items in this category. Can you only order after the show? It said you can order at 3 est. I watch at noon which would be 3 est.

It is impossible for an older person with an older computer to even have an opportunity to donate the $10 and purchase a gift. If you don't have speed and many older people are on fixed income and can't afford the faster internet you don;t have a chance. So a group of people who could really use the gifts are deleted and the people who can afford the newer computers and faster speed receive the gifts. Thank you for the great idea of caring, this is something that many of us seniors could have donated to and also received a gift that we would not have been able to purchase. thanks again. Fanchon

Good Day Bonnie!! Love your show. I have been watching since the beginning.

The other day your show Return to Me was on and I watched it for the 100th time (it has always been one of my favorite movies). This time though, I saw that you directed it and wrote it with Don! I didn't know this. Since your talk show, you have opened yourself up with your family and friends, we know you. You're not just a movie star. I hope this makes sense. When watching the movie, I recognized Don and Holly. I didn't realize, this is your movie, your baby!! You, your friends and family has to be proud!! I have always loved you, I just didn't realize this was your movie!! Made me smile. If I caught it, there was a mention of your garbage man in it. His name. I'm pretty sure of it. I may be wrong though. I thought you were stating that was Minnie Driver's last date (the scene with the priest coming to dinner).

Anyway, I would have to agree, it is tough win the Get it and Give prize. I tried yesterday and today at all the three times!! I was on ebay at exactly those times and each time, I get the screen with it, but no "buy it now" button. If you hit refresh, the screen goes blank and states the seller does not have anything to buy (within a minute). Guess it shows that the economy is bad, everyone is NOT working now a days and is tuning in to you!! I subscribed to Directv and have all their channels, there is not any shows on tv. Unless one likes the reality ones, which alot of us do not--maybe 10 years ago, but with the Internet, one can go online and see the "reality". Television should be there for entertainment and shows. I tune in daily for your show though!! You brighten my day and take me away from my reality for two-three hours (somedays, I'll watch it again on the east and west coast)

Before, I go. I have one more thing to say... now that you have your own show, this does not mean that you're giving up acting. I hope not. I have loved seeing you in movies. I think I own alot of your movies. I do hope that you will continue to be in a movie here and there. I'm going to be 43 in a month and it seems that the movie industry focuses on the youth, they have forgotten about people in my age bracket. If I know that you're in the movie, it's a good one!!

love your show. makes me happy every day. tried to donate $10 to charity for nescafe dolce gusto but when I clicked on it the e-bay site said no items in give and get. does this mean they are gone and, if so, why doesn't the day show sold out. just a little confused...keep up the wonderful entertainment.
