Ditto for Patti Walters blog. I'm just wondering if there is some automated program out there that is scooping up your gifts? Are you protected?
As sad as it is there are people out there that are shrewd enough to hack into programs like this and scam even the celebrities out of their well intentioned plans to help the sick and the poor, etc.. The gift was available and by the time it changed over to ebay it was gone.

Sorry, but I have a little complaint. I just went through the whole process for the auction. I was able to "Buy it Now", Choose my Pmt. Meathod, Verify all the info...address, amt chrged to my Pay Pal acct...and then when I got to the last step(confirmation, I believe) it said that PayPal was having trouble, try back in a minute. Of course, at that point all the items were gone! Please have someone let me know what to do about this. I feel like I did buy the tiem, it's not my fault if Pay Pal had a glitch...right??!!

went on to give &get HAD ITEM IN MY CART tryed to buy as a guest it would not let me i had to have an abay account by the time i did all that it was gone . You took the time today to show how to get to page maybe u could have aaalso said have to have an ebay account maybe also a pal account

I loved the show, but CANNOT get on to buy or even bid on the coffee machine. Please make it easier.

I waited from 10:15 when you announced the Give and Get until 11:30.. refreshing constantly.. either you site is not working or you had so very few of the Dolce Gusto's available it was impossible for my browser to even see when they were there.

The Ebay site says "

I am very disappointed.

If you have so few you should not promote it on your show. Or at least do it in a fair way like a drawing. You act so nice and innocent on your show, and I'm sure you are a very lovely person... but with such a large staff I'm sure one of you can think of something to create a more fair system so there isn't so much disappointment. I was hoping to get this item for my mother's christmas present as money is very tight this year (as I'm sure it is for a lot of people). I think its a great idea to get to donate to such a great cause as well.. I hope you get the system fixed soon and this wasn't just an ad technique to get more page views on your website.

Hi, Bonnie and Don!! You 2 are great! Love the Baby Jesus segment, and my Jesus is glued too! My sister's cat stole hers one year, so maybe it's best?! Anyway, it's a geat way to keep the Christ in Christmas! As far as the E Bay, I'm not surprised , I think it's just so popular it goes too fast. I don't think people should get so upset! You can still donate anytime, and , after all , that's really what Christmas should be about!

Dear Bonnie,
I love Elmo just as much as everybody else, but really, there are so many more things to be upset about. My family and I are supporting an orphanage in a rural village in India. There are around 50 kids in this home and they have so little. Many of the kids were abandoned by their families or simply have no families. One little girl was almost sold into prostitution--she is only 12 years old now. These are the things we should be getting angry about,not whether or not we are able to get a certain toy or not. Bonnie, you have a great show--keep it up.

Hi, everyone that has written so far is right, I went online as soon as your show started and you read the email from the woman who was upset about Elmo, so I signed in to Ebay, without any problem, got to your site, followed all the leads, which takes you to Tuesdays item, and of course, it was empty because it doens't start till 11:00 am EST, that's my time zone, and I went back in the room to my computer at 10:58 and waited till exactly 11:00 am, there was no item still for Tuesday. It did not show up untill 11:33 and I have been trying to bid on it now for 15 minutes and it says "no items are in Bonnie's Get and Give" when you click on the picture of the item and get to Ebay. I can understand why people are upset....may need to re-do the site?! I'll try again, but like most people, to busy to sit here day after day and try....Love you and your show though, you really make me smile, and we all need that desperatly right now. Hi, Bonnie! I have to say, I have always enjoyed your acting and especially how cute and funny you are, so I was glad to see you have your own show. I am 43, first time mom of a 16 month old, but don't usually watch TV that much, as my son and I listen to music most of the day, but was looking forward to seeing your show. Who says we blondes can't be cute, funny and smart!

I think E-Bay has not come through for your Give and Get. They say you won and then won't allow the payment to go through. You might want to stop this before you make your tv audience irate.

I Love this show I wish u could be on a lot longer its like she has so much to say and not nearly enough time. I tried the give away today and it kept telling me there were 0 items in the give and get I was so sad as I am disabled recently and cant go out and get my cappucino anymore like I did when I was working everyday. This is so new to me being down as I have worked since I was 14 and I am now 57 I feel young but my body is not cooperating at all. I would have liked the machine for today but can't get on to get it as I said it keeps telling me there are 0 items available. Not sold out just 0 items. keep up the happy smile because you are lighting up many homes and hearts

Admirable cause, great idea. But you should make people aware they are very,very,very limited. Was signed on early to bonnie hunt and ebay. Signed on both at 10:55am, still didn't get one. I spent a half hour from sign on till now. As aggrivating as that was, The man I admired most in my life, my grandfather was taken from me by this dreaded disease. My wifes father is suffering now, through chemo and radiation, with stomach cancer. I would still love to donate to cancer research through your site. My suggestion is to put a link on the main page to make it easy for people to just donate.
