I live in Colorado and logged on to get the gift give-a-way for 10 dollars at 530 pm my time. I discovered that the coffee maker was up and not sold out but it was only available on the time aloted. I later went to the web site at 830 my time to make sure the coffee maker was still available and now it is magicaly sold out. What gives. If its only availabe at a certain time then why is it available one time and not the other. I dont make a lot of money going to school and working to stay afloat and these gifts are a great way to give a gift and give back but not when they are not available for some and not available for others. Im sure im not the only one who is having problems. Thanks Diana

I love the give and get idea. I have had the same problems as everyone else has. Who cares? We all need to remember thousands of people are trying to buy it at the same time. I do not agree with charging more for the products as a previous viewer suggested. The way things are financially for most of us a lot of people truly could not afford to buy it if it were $40 or $50. I think that having this throughout the year and not just at Christmas would be a great idea. You could be blessing your viewers with a great product that they could afford, and raise money for cancer research at the same time. Maybe you could even do it with the books and cds your guests are promoting. Just an idea. I LOVE your show! You are so sincere and caring, and to top it all off you are funny also!

I completely understand that the get and give is a wonderful thing you are doing and I commend you for that. I just have a couple thoughts on how to improve it for the future. I was able to get in all three times I tried today at 11, 3 and 6. The first time was my fault because I did not have an ebay account and could not give the info quick enough to actually buy. The second time I was paying with a credit card and by the time I put in the credit card info it said that there were no more left. The last time I got in but the rules had changed and only people who had paypal accounts could buy the items. First I think all of the rules need to posted on the website so people can read all the stipulations. Obviously you can not tell all of the rules on the air because time is money. Second I do not think there should be an option to buy multiple of the deals by changing the quantity. That would allow only one per account. There probably is alot of people that are taking advantage of this and buying a large quantity and will turn around and sell them on ebay. I personally think that was not your intention when you and your staff came up with this promotion. I really enjoy your show and think that you are doing a super job. Again I am only trying to help with some insight.

I'm sure you probably won't get this email directly but I wanted to tell you that I think your show is terrific. However, when I watched today I learned about your "give and get" promotion. I also listened to the part where you reexplained how to do it because a viewer was frustrated. Well I have to say that I am frustrated too. I went online at exactly 3pm California time and the website kept saying that there were 0 coffee makers available but didn't say that they were sold out. Then at 7:30pm I just went back and looked and it said that it was sold out. I think it is terrible to promote something nationwide and then people can't seem get the item. How many coffee makers did you give away -- 2 or 3? If there are a small number of coffee makers available then you should say so. I really had my heart set on getting one --something fun that I can't afford this year and donating to a good cause only to find out it is probably impossible to do even though I kept trying over and over again. Why did the website say there were 0 available but not sold out and then sold out later. Did I do something wrong?
Very negative promotion that I think will alienate people like me.

I would like to participate in the Give & Get promotion, but your show does not air untill 2:00 AM on my station. Elmo was already gone by the time I watched the show. My daughter, Albany really adores Elmo.We played with the new toy at Target and we had'nt laughed and enjoyed ourselves that much in along time.I If you want to laugh the way we did, line 6 Elmos up in 2 rows and push them simultaneously (of course it takes 3 people). It was a riot.I can't afford Elmo at the store.So I was really excited when I saw the Give & Get special. I almost ran to my computer to get one but, they were no longer available. Do you have any suggestions? I love your show. Thank you for the clean entertainment. I Tivo the show and watch some of the segments with my daughter. I have to record it because some of the commercials at 2:00 AM are inappropriate for Albany. Thank goodness for Tivo. If you have any suggestions about Elmo please email me. Keep up the good times.

My husband and I record your show and watch it in the evening. I find it refreshing to watch a down to earth show, geared for the whole family, but I am very confused as to why you wanted to remove Jesus from the manger? He is, after all, the reason we celebrate Christmas and the reason a manger was necessary. I do so hope and, yes, pray, this was not necessary because a viewer was offended, and therefore you were somehow pressured to keep them happy. We are all entitled to our beliefs, but Christmas is the birthday of Jesus Christ, no matter how " offended " some might be. I will continue to enjoy your show, and I pray a joyous Christmas for you, your staff, and ALL your viewership.

well bonnie i must agree with the last complaint about your give and gift giveaway i logged on and 2 minutes after the giveaway the nestle coffee machine was sold out you must very few to actually make a donation on and at your 6pm est giveaway i logged on at 5:30 and they were already sold out i thought there were equal amounts to be able to make a donation on HUMMMM very disappionted viewer

Hello Bonnie, I love your show you always make me laugh. I wish those people would stop with the complaints, who care's if baby Jesus is in the nativity early it's your show we all have the right to decorate how we like,if you wish for baby Jesus to be in the nativity early that's your right. I put baby Jesus in early it dose not make any differeance it's just a choice.

So people stop with the complaints it's just a downer to hear all the complaining that's going on. Get over it if you don't like it then don't watch the show.

I have always watched your television series or shows, whenever a television station was wise enough to star you. My sisters feel the same way. You remind of something that my dearest friend in the world was to me; an old shoe; so very comfortable that you never want to take it off. You are a lovely person and I totally respect how you never forget those you love. I enjoy the s how and learned today about the deal of the day. So I went to it at the times allotted. There was nothing to purchase so I tried again later and still nothing. So I came back 2 hours later and then they are all sold out? I think that is just some bull. I understand selling out, but if you are gonna post times that they are going to be listed, I would think posting them at that time would be a good thing? I could be wrong.
will try again tomorrow, but not really thinking that it is going to show up tomorrow either.

I really enjoy the show Bonnie is so personable,pleasant and very easy to look at. The show is refreshing and fun and usually a bright spot in my day

I alos tried the "Give and Get" several times. It always said 0 items and I was never able to try and buy any. Not sure why?
