Dear Bonnie, I watch your show all the time. I'm not happy with the "give and get" offer. At 11:01 when I tried to bid it said 0 items. How many did they give away just one. I'm not going to waste my time tomorrow trying to bid, nice idea, but I don't think it's working out very well.

I have been watching Bonnie's show since the day it began .. shes so funny and loving I have been a fan for many years ....BUT!!! I also tried to purchase from the EBay site and I was on here waiting from 10:55 and at 11am it was already gone OMG!!!! people should be limited to only 1 purchase of the item this way everyone can share in the wonderful giving of the season that Bonnie is trying to convey.... keep up the wonderful work you do Bonnie and maybe someday Prince Charming will ride in on his white horse (or white jaguar)and know what the rest of us already know that you just rock!!!!! I love watching your show. You are so down to earth. And, your mom is a wonderful mom. I enjoyed meeting Tony Danza this morning. I love his new hair style. He is very funny and loved the music he was playing. You mentioned his book but I do not believe you said what it was about. I saw the word antipasto, so if it was about food I will buy it. I was looking at the chairs the guest sit in. Could you move them back a little? I noticed a little neck strain from your guest. I actually feel much more comfortable looking to the right. I ran to my computer to participate in your "give & get" promotion only to find out the product was not available. Just how limited is the "limited quantity"? According to other comments there are several people with the same curiosity. I'm going to continue to try throughout the week.

Hi, great idea, but PR nightmare! Clicked on Give and Get (as demonstrated by Bonnie) to no avail. After clicking, taken to e-bay site with no information. It is now 11:26am EST and the item has yet to be listed. Great intention, but horrific delivery. Still love you Bonnie. I know you're not the one taking care of the "techy" stuff. ;)

Same thing happened to me, e-bay said I got the item but when I went to paypal, it said no longer available. I thought when I bought it now that I had it. I give up, it's a waste of time.....

Hey Bonnie Community! I agree with everything on the post as far as the Give and Get. I have done everything you all are talking about, getting on early, the item disappearing but also have had trouble with e-bay. When you get that far to buy it, it kicks you out and starts asking a bunch of questions that you have already answered. I think it is a conspiracy by e-bay. You are forced to join Pay Pal and then when you go through all of that the item is gone again. You reckon the people at e-bay can buy the items and could be reselling? You hate to have to think these kind of things but who knows. Producers should maybe check this out. I also agree that they (Bonnie on air) need to go through the whole on-line process of getting the item for people that are not familiar with ordering on e-bay. Its a great idea but if its not for everybody to have a chance then they need to figure a different way of doing it.

We were so excited to contribute to your charity and also get the wonderful gift today - and so at 11AM we went on your site and - ebay showed no items on the give and get site - and we did over and over - and nothing. Did we miss something?
It is so disappointing to get the message that there are no items - and yesterday's home page still shows Elmo with a sold out sign - so - what's up?

I love the show. You have a way of making everyone feel like a friend. I do not feel that there is anything wrong with having the baby Jesus in the manger before Christmas Eve. I think it is a matter of preference. I have tried to get on the give and get since 11am and nothing. I could understand if it had sold out but nothing. It states that there are zero items. I don't know if there is problem or if it already sold out. Thank for all you are doing for breast cancer my Mother died of breast cancer when I was in my twenties.

I am quite upset along with the rest of you about the Ebay thing. IT DOES NOT WORK!!!!!!! I was ready at 6 pm on the dot yesterday and could not get to the paypal part. BONNIE, IS THIS THE WAY YOU WANT YOUR LOYAL VIEWERS TREATED?! Either get it to work FAIRLY or don't have IT!!! I am totally disgusted and you should be too!!!!!!

This is the second day I have tried the give and get and have gotten nothing. I keep getting a "0 items found" message...really...10 minutes in to this promo? I'm a little disappointed. I really want to support the cause, but come on...a little help please.

Speaking of happy....Bonnie I am really unhappy about your give and get. I tried to get Elmo yesterday to no avail. I figured that since I am in the the Central Time Zone they were all gone. I later read further and saw that you were offering this at different times. Today I got on your site bright and early. I even set my alarm on my phone in case I got busy and forgot. I had everything ready and kept refreshing the give and get site. I swear, about 5-8 min. before 11 est I hit refresh and saw that the bid sign was up. I immediately clicked on bid and they were all gone. Bonnie...WHAT'S THE DEAL???
