Hi Bonnie
I love to watch your show, My husband is hooked too. We watch eveyday, You are refreshing, cute witty, sweet and fun. We wish you Happy Healthy Holidays. Thanks for the laughs.
Debbie Newport Beach

Dear Bonnie:

1. We do the same thing in our house with Baby Jesus. The manger is all set up, with Mary, Joseph, the Magi, the animals, etc. The "crib" is there - but Baby Jesus does not appear until Christmas. My husband and I put him in his crib before the kids come down on Christmas morning (the "kids" are now 23 and 24!) There was much consternation one Christmas morning when we forgot to put him in the manger.

2. Although my husband and I grew up in Brooklyn, NY, we can relate to so many of your memories of growing up in the city, in an ethnic, Catholic neighborhood. It was a great way to grow up - and we enjoy hearing your stories. Also, your mom is priceless - love, love, love her!

3. As to Give and Get - Oy! I believe this falls under the heading of "No good deed goes unpunished." I suggest you can the whole promotion, and just let us know where we can contribute to the cancer charity. I think an awful lot of viewers would be happy to contribute to such a worthy cause.

4. Keep up the good work. I have been a fan through all of your shows, and "Return to Me" is one of my favorite movies. I just saw it again on TV the other night, and it never fails to move me.

5. Best to you and yours for the holidays....and don't let the bastards get you down.

PS - Can you believe Ron Santo was not voted into the hall of fame yet again?????

I do love your show and watch it whenever I am at home. But today I was so disappointed when I too like all the other viewers that sent in comments today concerning the ebay site. I tried at both 3 and 6 PM. Set my alarm clock. Got the page up and kept refreshing the page until the product came up. It actually said I have won the item at both 3 and 6 PM! Then was blocked from the site. I was so happy to have won then the very, very disappointment to be blocked from completing the transaction. Whoever is running the site is doing a really bad job. They should never tell someone that they won then only to be blocked from paying and completing the transaction.

I loved it when you called Tony Danza a "rat bastard". I can't wait for your mom's skype reaction. I am 63 and I have heard and used a few colorful words in my life time.
The fact that you act yourself is why we love to watch your show. I am trying to get my AUNTIE/roommate to subscribe to DVR so I can tape your show when I have other engagements!
HAPPY HOLIDAYS, DAWN & MARYLOUISE

Hi Bonnie, I think you and your show are just GREAT!!! I never cared for talk shows in the past, but I decided to give yours a try.. I am a Cancer survivor since 1973..Tyroid Ca...and thank God no problems since, I was very lucky..My 2 children were young, 8 and 6, and I just prayed to God he'd let me stick around long enough to see them raised. Well, I now have 6 grandchildren and 5 step-granchildren thanks to my 2 step-son's and am expecting my 3rd great-grandchild in May. My charity is the "Kids Wish Network", I donate every year, they really do wonderful things for children with serious illnesses.. I try to get out to California every couple of years to see family and friends, I'm originally from California,I hope the next trip I make out your show will be going strong, I will write for tickets. I love old movies...wish you could have a show with some of the "sirens" of the silver screen..I know they are up in years now...Maureen O'Hara, Olivia de Havelin, Rhonda Fleming...but it would be such a kick to see them..Keep up the GREAT shows Bonnie, you've got my vote...Rita

Hello Bonnie, First of all, I would like to say that you have found a loyal viewer in me. I am a stay at home Mom whom also homeschools, and have recently added your show to my must see shows in the morning, (GMA and Live! w/Regis & Kelly') which I have been watching faithfully for over 7 yrs. now! You really get the viewer involved and I think that is key to a good show! Give and Get is a great idea and hopefully it will get even better as the years pass! I too have tried for the last 2 days but to no avail, but it is great to think that people are so eager to give....and receive. Hopefully some of the "Winners" will leave posts to encourage others to keep trying and to have faith in the system. Also, I hope everyone realizes that it is no way your fault if they missed out on the prizes! No one should quit watching the show just because they missed out on a ten dollar gift! If they were doing it just to get cheap presents then they missed the entire point of the promotion! There are thousands of ways to give to the deserving this Christmas and we should never loose sight of the reason for the season!
Sincerely, Anecia Price, Tn

Wow, how the heck do you get a chance at the Give and Get? I was online twice today at the exact time it was supposed to be available and the second i was able to bid it told me i was blocked from buying and the item was no longer available! Help, what am i doing wrong?

I would like to know when the Dennis Leary stuff is going up for auction?

Gift & Give

I watched your show today for the fist time and was very excited to hear I could donate and get something really cool but when I clicked at the time given I went to an EBAY page that said 0. It didn't even say sold out......

Bonnie, You are great. I don't laugh outloud to often when watching a tv show but your show gives me a good laugh.
I used to watch your other show, The Bonnie Hunt Show, and I really enjoyed that family of yours. I don't know why they cancelled it. You seem so natural with anything you do on TV. The same great humor.
I also loved seeing your dog, Charlie. It shows how much you love him. I have a Westie. She is going on 14yrs. I will miss her when she goes and don't think I will get another dog after her.
I enjoy your mother very much. I lost my mother when I was fifteen and still miss her to this day. I am glad you enjoy your mother because a lot of people are annoyed with there elder parents. I always remind them how lucky they are for having their mother or father in there lives.
I have a question for you. When you post the time for your donations on e-bay is that eastern time or pacific time. I am in the eastern time zone so I don't know when to get on e-bay because I tivo your show and I watch it later in the day.

Hi Bonnie,

I want your wardrobe, but haven't seen any information on who designs it and where we can get it. Please give us the skinny on the clothes. Thanks, love the show, love the stories from your childhood, love your mom!

Jody

I think Bonnie is the best host on TV. I feel so happy and, dare I say, "healed" by her comforting ways and great humor. The fact that she isn't afraid to talk about Christmas is soooo very refreshing! My husband and I run two businesses from home and our son also helps out when he can. If the 3 of us happen to be here at the same time, we all watch together.

Great job, Bonnie. You are a breath of fresh air!

Hi Bonnie. I am a viewer in Chicago and I do enjoy your show. My mom especially enjoys the show because you grew up at the same time and you talk about how Chicago was back then.

I have one thing though to comment about. I think it is unfair for the people who work during the day to miss out on your auctions. I just went to the page on ebay for the coffee maker and it says that there are no items to bid on. While I understand what you are doing is a nice thing by giving these presents at a $10 donation, it is unfair to the people who work from 9-5 and miss out on all the times. At my work, ebay is blocked so i can't even go to it at work. Maybe if it is a possibility you can add a 7pm time for the auctions so we get a chance too!

-Megan

i sat in front of the computer all day, in order to be there at 11,3 and 6 est.
dear ol e-bay said there were 0 items found.
i am just curious as to how many the "limited number available" is.
if there are only 10 available to such a huge following, you should let us know....
it was very disappointing.
also, where can i donate to the cancer research, without going through the give and get?

thank you Bonnie for your show. when i need a smile, i watch your show. i am stay home mom with 2 autistic kids. have a great week.

Dear Bon Bon, I'm sick of hearing your complaining viewers weining about some coffee maker they could not get on Ebay. Thogh luck loosers. There are only so many and too many people going for them. So have some cheese with your wine and get over it. P.S. loved that you called today's guest a "rat bastard." You made me laugh out loud with that comment. He had it comin. Keep up the good show. Regards, Debbie

GIRLFRIEND I FEEL BAD THAT YOU'RE THE GUY WHOSE GONNA CATCH ALL THE H E DOUBLE HOCKEY STIX OVER WHO'S EVER BAD WAY OF HANDLING THE AUCTION ITEMS WAS. I WAS GOING TO POST MY DISAPPOINTING EXPIERIENCE ON ALL 3 AUCTION TIMES(12 SECS. THE LAST ONE LASTED) BUT AS I READ THE ONES POSTED ALREADY WELL, I COULD'VE WRITTEN ANY OR ALL HAVING THE EXACT THINGS HAPPEN TO ME EACH TIME. AGAIN, BAD IDEA FOR A NATIONALLY TELEVISED SHOW WITH SUCH A HUGE AMOUNT OF VIEWERS TO DO WITH SO FEW AMOUNT OF ITEMS.WHICH I ASSUME IF THEY SOLD OUT IN 12 SECONDS THERE WERE WHAT 11 OF THEM? SOMEONE ON YOUR SHOW GAVE A WHOLE LOT OF PEOPLE IN REALLY HARD TIMES A LITTLE HOPE FOR A GIFT THEY COULD AFFORD TO GIVE TO SOMEONE ONLY TO PULL THE RUG OUT FROM UNDER THEM WITH A BAD PLAN. AND AS I SAID YOUR THE GUY WHO HAS TO TAKE ALL THE CRAP OVER IT. SORRY DUDE . WE KNOW IT'S NOT YOU PERSONALLY,BUT THIS IS THE PLACE TO VENT RIGHT?

Bonnie,

Went to e-bay giveaway, Tuesday and it said nothing was there to bid on. What gives.

Roxie

Bonnie,
Love the show but, a little upset about the Give & Get. I tried & tried and e-bay kept telling me that there were no matches under the search. I hit the link from your website. I really want to donate. This is a great cause just work out the kinks. I will keep trying.
All the best,
Ang
