I, like all the others leaving comments am frustrated about the auction on Ebay. I tried to buy a coffee maker and at first they said there were 60 available. I clicked on purchase and it went to the info. page. I typed in all my info. and when I clicked on Ebay to pay for my purchase, it told me there were none available. I know it's for a good cause, but it isn't working very well.
You have always been a favorite of mine. I hope your show is a success.

To Bonnie and her team,

Let me make a suggestion to you. You have a great idea but the implementation is going to hack off a lot of your viewers. The ordinary viewer doesn't understand what is happening here.

I know there are all sorts of legalities involved with this promotion. You might consider canceling the whole thing...and giving away the prizes to people who log into your website every day...

You probably can't do a promotion where the winner of the drawing gets the item for 10 dollars...you would have to talk to your legal department.

Just give the things away and come up with an idea for next year.

Perhaps the winners will donate 10 on their own to the worthy cause.

The alternative is that people with scripts are going to win these auctions and your average view will be hacked off.

Just my two cents.

PS I am not one of those that is hacked off...having sold on Ebay for years I know what happens with these auctions !

I gotta tell ya, that "give & get " thing is hard!!! All day today and yesterday, I tried to get the items and it would show up, I would hit "buy" and it would go to a page that said "this item is no longer available!" Boy talk about frustrating.... It is next to impossible to get anything!! I swear it was not even one second between the time it appeared as a item to buy and the time it was no longer available!!!So if you have any hints on how to get in on this program PLEASE let me know!!!

I, like numerous others, was unsuccessful in obtaining your Give and Get item today, although I clicked on EBay at exactly 3:00. I strongly suggest you abandon this promotion before you aggravate your viewers so much that they redirect their anger toward you. I know that you are not responsible for the problems, but I'd hate to see it affect the wonderful feelings the rest of your show provides.

I submitted my comment before reading the hundreds of comments everyone is leaving for the Give & Get. This is CRAZY! Can no one realize the Give & Get is meant to be a POSITIVE thing to raise funds for people that are dying from cancer?! Viewers should view winning a coffee maker as a bonus of participating in a fundraiser and certainly not a right. Get a clue people, this is not all about you and a $160 coffee maker.

Hey I think its great that you are giving people that cannot get to your show a chance to get the gifts you give. But I have been online from when I heard this on your show at 3:00pm CST to 5:00 pm which is 6:00 pm EST. and the whole time the site on ebay says "there are 0 items found in Bonnies Give & Get. I sure wanted that Nescfee Dolce Gusto. What happened? Also the first screen, does not say "sold out" like the elmo live does. thanks Maryann

Love your show. Have been watching it daily since it started and look forward to it every day. However, I'm very disappointed in the ebay charitable contest. I waited until exactly 6pm EST and was able to get connected to Ebay and was advised there was 1 available. When I went to process the order and pay, I was told I needed to register with ebay or login.

I didn't realize that while I was registering and getting my userid and password that I would lose the item. Please warn people on the show to be registered with ebay before they try to get the item. I was very excited and thought I had the perfect gift for my mom for Christmas since I am on a fixed income. Anyway, I think it would be a good idea to warn people to register before they try to get these items on ebay or they lose like I did.

Bonnie...I truly Love your show from day one.I havent missed 1 yet...You make me Laugh & cry everyday...I Tivo you 4 my hubby he watchs it after his long day...You have such a woderful Soul that comes thru...and a great creative team...Ive been in & out of a wheel chair 4 the last 10 years & many days are tuff but you always put me in a good mood...Thank you so so much...I do feel like other need 2 comment on the Give & Get( I spent hours last night getting set 4 todays item) Then at 11 & 3...The Dolce was gone before I couldnt even click the mouse(10 sec)...
I tend 2 feel the same as others someone with a office of employees is buying them up...Us little guys dont stand a chance...Times are tuff..I really could have use a pick me up...I't would have made my X-mas...

I love your show. It is a bright spot on my afternoons. I was reading the mesages today from viewers about the get and give and I was appalled by their responses. I tried to purchase the coffeemaker today and had the same problems but I shrugged it off realizing that it was not meant to be for me. Have they lost the point? The money is going to charity. If they want one that bad then they go pay full price for it. I love a good deal like the next but you don't always get what you want. Has our country learned nothing about what a real crisis is.

I tried so hard today to get that Dolce Gusto machine. But unless you are on an automatic bidding system (which I am no) you are sol.
Nothing for us. I really wanted that machine because my husband doesn't drink regular coffee with me unless it is a fancy one like that. I really wanted it Christmas. So I really don't like the idea of that Gift & give. The average Joe does not have a chance.
But I still love you Bonnie. You are so funny & beautiful.

I then clicked twice to pay for the item and it suddenly said Item Blocked. I am guessing the average person doesn't have a chance. Who is getting these items? They must have some special way. I was very quick on the draw and no luck. It's impossible! Please change the method. Thanks!

Hi Bonnie! Your show always makes me laugh and puts a smile on my face. My two dogs, Lucy and K.C. say "woof-woof to you and Charlie." My two cats, Oreo and Harley say "whats up Bonnie and Charlie." Can you tell my family loves animals?

I too along with a ton of other fans had a difficult time with the give and get. I was signed on to ebay and was at the page where the give and get item would show up. I would log on early and keep hitting the refresh item until the item showed up. I tried at 11:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and every time I was able to click on buy it now and get sent to paypal and after I entered my paypal password I got the message that there were no more items avialble. I am so frustrated.

Everyday the audience wins three prizes. The most important prize is being able to come to your show and see you and your guests in person. I would love to come to one of your shows but finacially cannot. The second prize is they receive the give and get prize and finally they receive the stocking stuffers. Is there anyway that the give and get prizes for the audience members be used for ebay instead?

I am not complaining but at 6 pm to purchase the item of the day for ten dollars, I clicked on 5:59 pm and clicked to buy and they were all gone. Boy, you must have millions of views which would not surprise me. I love your show but get frustrated when you know you are 30 seconds early and still cannot get one. I will keep trying, I might have the luck on my side tomorrow.

Hi Bonnie and Staff! (PLEASE READ***PERSISTANCE PAYS OFF***)

First of all, I LOVE your show. I have watched Regis and Kelli (and Regis and Kathi Lee) for years and never thought I would change! I haven't missed your show even once since it came on! I have a cleaning business and 3 Ebay Stores so I am always by the phone and computer and have my TV on right beside me.

I first saw the Give and Get this morning. I tried it at 11 and didn't get through. But at 3, I was ready, all logged in and refreshing your page from 2:55 on. My daughter, also tried. Well, same thing happened to both of us. The payment came out of our paypal account and then was reversed a few minutes later. I guess the site is overwhelmed with bids and has to sort them out. Well, GOOD NEWS! At 6, my daughters' transaction went through! I was blocked out for some reason (Ebay may have thought I won one earlier) but you can let your viewers know that persistance does pay off! And better yet, there's always tomorrow! Thanks for giving us some excitement throughout the day and for a great cause to help at the same time! Shame on the viewers complaining! It's all in good fun and most importantly, about "GIVING". The same thing happened to me!
I've been trying since 11 am to win the nestle item and I understand they sell out quickly but the 6:00 drawing was a sham! I clicked on it at 6:00:01 and it already said it was sold out with an error sign. That's just not fair, because it clearly could not have sold out in 1 second. I think something should be done about that for those of us that tried and get cheated out of it!

Please need your thoughts! I clicked on the give and get item at exactly 3pm pst for 6 est. It said it sold out. I looked to see who purchased the item to find that others somehow got in after the time I tried. I wonder if E-BAY STAFF COULD BE SOMEHOW GETTING INTO THE BIT BEFORE US!!! Any chance you could find out?

I really enjoy your show. I was glad I came to read the comments. I havent used ebay often and I was just wondering if paypal is an exceptable form of payment for this. I read several of other letters and that is what happened to me. I was all signed in and ready to go and when it came time for payment they sold out in about 5 seconds. Great Idea though, for charity and for fans. Thanks
