SHOW RECAP
Bonnie shared with Elmo that she has a crush on Brian Williams and word got all the way back to Brian at his NBC news desk. Brian was flattered when he found out and is here to meet Bonnie face to face! (No, it's not a date - he's married.) Speaking of dates, you'll want to hear about the one Christine Lahti thought she was on - turns out it pays to know what an 'escort' means before you accept a date. And if you haven't heard Rocco DeLuca's music yet you'll want to be sure to catch his performance of 'Mystified' when he's here.

Dear Bonnie,
Loved the show today. I think your grammar is just fine. I bet you don't embarrass your family at all.
Keep up the good work.
Janet

Dear Bonnie,
Loved the show as I always do. I'm sure you don't embarrass your family with your grammar. You've got tons of talent.
Keep up the good work.
Janet Clark

Hi Bonnie...I think your show is FANTASTIC! It is so refreshing to see a show like yours with humor and class unlike others out there. I love the fact that you're not "in your face" with your views on life/politics...ugh! Your show is like a breath of fresh air which takes me back to the good old days when shows just simply entertained rather than worrying about being politically correct. May all the other shows out there take notes and lessons from yours! God bless you and keep up the great work!

Love to see you blushing! Great going on having your crush on your show! It took me for ever to meet and marry my crush!
Go CUBBIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A transplanted Cub fan!

Could you please post the improv scene between Bonnie & Ms. Williams? My DVR did not capture it...

Thanks & LOVE your show!

Hi Bonnie. As usual, the show today was just great! Never knew Brian was so funny. I have to admit, when I first found out the show was coming on, I thought 'oh great. Another daytime TV talk show'. But I am so glad I decided to watch. Your show is always entertaining and you just crack me up! My husband and I watch your show every day for our daily dose of laughter. May God bless you and yours. Susan, retired nurse practitioner

I reallllllllllly enjoy your show, and today with Brian Williams was icing on the...cinnabon ;)

Dear Bonnie,

I am so unhappy with directv. The channel your show appears on in Utah has been removed from their line-up and I miss you! I have complained, but so far nothing. Help!

Jennifer

The show today was hysterical. I've seen Brian Williams on SNL so knew he was a really funny guy. I love the show; Bonnie is the person you would love to have as your neighbor. She is never negative or mean and I love that about her. Hope she stays on forever!!!

Dear Bonnie,
Your grammar were fine today and everyday! Don't worry about it.
Sincerely,
Heidi Gail

Love your show! While searching for the boxer and baby clip on youtube found the following clip of a baby and dog playing which I thought others might enjoy:

GREAT SHOW!!!!!! It is so nice to see another side of Brian Williams - he is very funny!!
Thanks for another great show.

Sincerely, Carol of Reno

Part of Bonnie's charm is her wonderful Chicago accent and her frequent misuse of the English language. Generally, other people hurt my ears when they use the wrong pronouns, or use the verb "is" when they mean "are", (and I live in Texas so this happens more frequently to me than it does to other people.) Bonnie regularly delights and always makes me laugh. Don't change a thing. It just wouldn't be right. Seriously, thank you for all of the laughter. What a fabulous show.

Bonnie, Im usually at work at the time your show is on. But i caught it today, being a fan of yours and brian. And i just wanted to say, The show is great, and the slightly scratchy sore throat voice, is hot.

Hi Bonnie, Your interview with Brian (and his good-natured wife) was incredibly funny and I now see why you feel for him like you do. He is obviously a devoted family man who hasn't forgotten his roots and appreciates his blessings. He himself also has a great sense of humor and was very amusing. He and his wife aren't the only ones who think quickly on their feet. Oh, for the record, I did not think of Richard Nixon when I saw him in that suit
I'm sorry you feel bad and hope you get better soon.
Thank you for brightening my day--again.

Hi Bonnie,
This is the first time I've ever written to anyone on TV.
I've been a huge fan of yours for years and was so happy to see you on your own show. You are so funny and so pretty I'm surprised it didn't happen sooner, you're so good at it. Also you brought back good old TV entertainment that I use to enjoy so much. I wish you and your show continued success through this coming year and always.
Thanks for always making me feel real.
Respectfully,
Del.B

Watch our favorite announcer, Don, on the Lifetime Channel tonight in the movie "SMOTHER" also starring DIane Keaton and Ken Howard...very slapstick...good belly laughs...

DOn comes toward the end of the movie as the minister...you can't miss his wonderful voice before his face is even shown...Yeah, Don!

Hi Bonnie,
Great show. Brian Williams was a great guest
and very amusing. Happy New Year love your
show.
Anita

Hello Bonnie,
I noticed that you had lost your voice. I know that you have a doctor on the show, but I am an Opera Singer and one of the best things to do is take Advil. Because...basically your vocal chords are swollen and taking advil will decrease the swelling. Ofcourse not talking is what you should really do...but I know that is kinda difficult. You probably are getting enough information from the doctor, but I just wanted to share my tidbit of information.
I also want to tell you that I love your show and I have watched every movie you have done( I love...we're walking we're walking..we're stopping- Fantastic CAMEO) and think you are so funny and fantastic!

Hey, I felt like you and Brian beat up on AARP.
I'm sorry they put his photo on the cover without his okay--it sounds like you would not want it there. Seemed to me you guys figure AARP is only for "old" and "decrepit" people. Thought Brian was smarter than that!!
