SHOW RECAP
Rob Morrow ('Numb3rs'): Bonnie is pleased to welcome this Golden Globe-nominated actor to the show. She'll find out about this new show he's developing staring her friend Hilary Duff (who was just on the show the previous day!)

Chef Cat Cora ('Iron Chef America'): She's the tough, southern, and only female Iron Chef and she's back in our kitchen showing Bonnie a new recipe. The last time she put bacon in ice cream, tune in to see what delicious dish she's creating this round.

Matt & Amy Roloff ('Little People, Big World'): From the hit TLC reality program, Bonnie welcomes the patriarchs of the Roloff family. They both are little people whose kids are of regular and little person stature. Hear their inspirational story of raising kids and taking care of their family all the while dealing with the challenges of a world not geared to people of their size.

NEXT: Tuesday, February 10th - Hilary Duff

Thank you much for that nicely written piece of text.

i know time's limited with guests, but, i couldn't believe you didn't ask rob morrow about working with jed h. (taxi/numbers) or, if he sees any of the cast from "northern exposure". maybe, you'll have him on again. thank you!

Bonnie,
From the very first time I seen you on T.V I thought you were just BEAUTIFUL, GREAT !!! But couldn't figure out why ? (Other then the fact that you are truly beautiful)! Unfortunately I'm old enough to be your father (DAMN!!!) AHHHhhh but you had a deeper beauty. Then I found out what made you so remarkable.(1) Your down to earth, honest and sincer. (2) Your Polish / Catholic! (3) Your from Chicago. Our home town...Can't believe we never met? OOOOOOOhhhhhhhh if only I was younger:-(
I'm REALLY glad you have your own show... I enjoy it each and every day...I live alone now and went through an ugly divorce after 30 years.. Afterwards my best friend became my Sheltie Sandy...Well she's gone now ( Sandy) And watching your show has helped me get over missing her and thinking of adopting a new pet ( Dog that is)...lol Keep up the good work !!! Love your show. How couldn't I ???

Sincerely,

Bob Karlic ( Chicago N/W Side )

P.S. I wondered a number of times over the years where you went to high school in Chicago? It's just that you have always looked so farmilier to me.

Enjoyed your show, as we always do. We are retired and so my husband watches too. You are the bright spot in our day! We tivo while we're out and both want to watch your show first thing when we get home. You looked beautiful as usual today, especially so wearing the rimless glasses - brava!

Sincerely,

Mary B.

Hi Bonnie! I love your show! I actually got an idea from you to do my hair color at home. I just highlighted my hair today (like you have said you do). I got a kit from the drug store, and had my best friend help me. We actually used a wand that looks kind of like a mascara brush! The highlights look good and pretty subtle, but my friend scared me when she said "Oh, jeez! It looks blonde!" - I didn't want blonde streaks since I have dark brown hair! Thanks for the advice, I saved at least 40 dollars!

Bonnie,
I just watched the segment about Alicia Jacobsen and the little puppy in the purse. I looked her up and her bio says how much she loves dogs and supports the humane society and aspca!! I wondered if you have heard anything from her employer or her defending her. Something is terribly wrong. I would love to hear if there has been any contact.

I love your show. It's perfect now because I am now working 4-12, so I get to see the show everyday before I have to go to work. You are so funny, your mom is great, and I love hearing about Charlie and am wondering if you ever picked another dog for a friend for him. I wasn't able to see all your shows after you had the dogs on that you were going to choose from. I haven't heard you say that you picked him a friend. I have a yellow lab, that was injured this summer and required surgery. My husband and I did not have the money for the surgery and the thought of having her put to sleep was out of the question for us. She is our daughter, sleeps with us each night and when I was in pain from 2 herniated disks in my neck she was right beside me all the time. After the surgery she would lay in bed with me, getting up only when I did, walking beside me to the bathroom and then waiting at the door for me to escourt me back to bed. She is so faithful to us that my only choice was to try to get a loan. I was in tears telling the loan officer what I needed a loan for, and doubted that they would ever loan for a surgery for a dog. But surprisingly they did. Emilee is now healed perfectly after being in a cast all summer, and then restricted activity for another 3 months. Many people thought I was crazy getting a loan but there was no other choice for me. Bonnie thank you for doing so much for dogs! They are just so loyal and healing.

Dear Bonnie,
I'm sending this on behalf of my neighbor (Marie Erby) who watches your show everyday but has no computer. She is so concerned about Charley and thinks you should get a KITTEN (not a cat) for your dog. Marie says it worked for her and she would like you to try this. The dog and cat would become best pals!! Good Luck :)

I appreciate the fact that you can comfortably poke fun at yourself for a laugh, but must you drag others into your comedy as well? From today's show, all you know of the octuplet mom is based upon what you have seen in the news. You do not know her and have no right to make her out to be a person who does not deserve children. It's not up to you. As a teacher at an inner-city school where many of my students have parents that have abandoned them or are in prison, the least I can say for the octuplet mom is that she loves her children and that they seem to be well taken care of. At the end of the day, this woman is someone's mother and she deserves respect. What you said will be around for her children to see and hear someday and how might they feel then?

One more thing: I can understand how someone might get confused and think that 'spint' is a word. Again, as an ELD (English Language Development) teacher at an inner city school I see students confuse the past tense -ed with the 't' sound. While 'spint' is most definitely not a word, I would hate to think that any of my sixth graders might have seen you laughing at someone that makes the same mistake they often make. Why laugh at someone because their education was not well-rounded enough to assure her ability to speak in a proper manner? Frankly, I find it a little ignorant and mean.

I ordinarily love your show, but found it very disheartening today.

I love your show.... Keep up the great work.... Your show is real... it's a breath of fresh air....

Hi Bonnie,
I thought Mike Birbiglia was hilarious ! And YOUR reactions & comments were great. Is there any way I could get a video of the show? I've told everyone about it; I played the short clip on your website.
I love your show and enjoy the times your Mom's on. The two of you seem to have a great relationship. It reminds me of my Mother & I; she had a great sense of humor and was a Southern Lady with a lot of class; she would tell my brothers that I acted like a 'hornet' when I got upset; running around in circles, buzzing and finnaly flying out the front door. My Dad had a dry sense of humor; my Mother told him that I refused to go get a job (at age 18) so he just smiled and said "Let's keep her for a pet" and of course that made me mad.I'm so happy I was raised around an entire family that had a nice sense of humor.Humor can heal almost any situation.
Keep up the good work. I'll take that job now; any openings on your show? That would be a HOOT.What a fun place to work.

Bonnie:
Two court room "words of the day". I have actually heard this on the judge shows.
"Conversate" Used in a sentence - "We don't conversate anymore."
"Borrowed" Used in a sentence - "I borrowed her (x amount of money) and she has never paid me back."
Love your show. It's so good to see something on TV that is wholesome. Keep it up.

Bonnie,
I wanted to tell you how much I enjoy watching your show, I am a teacher's aid and work full time,so I DVR the show everyday. I Also wanted mention that whenever Nick has a comment or a question for you, Reggie looks as though he's going to blow a gasket.(not in a bad way) If you go back through the tapes you'll see what I mean. It's very entertaining.
Thanks for all the laughs!
Julie

Hi today when you were talking about the californian reproductive phenom you thought she looked like a character from your youth, but I think you over looked the way she's a dead ringer for Jack Nicholson Joker.

Hi Bonnie, Thanks for having Rob Morrow on your show. I am a huge fan of his, and love his story of him skydiving and especially watching him slide that fire pole made my day.

Love your show!
Take care,
Christal

I liked the Limpet-lipped comparison on the show today. My take was a reincarnation of the Joker's lips in Batman. I am concerned for the future of the 14 kids. Mom seems to have some issues that should have been resolved before starting multiple invitro pregnancies.

I agree that Ms Sulemon lips look funny along with all the stars that has had them done. But to me they all looked like the JOKER in Batman.

Great shows

Synda

My husband and I never miss watching your show. If we can't watch it at the time it is on, we record it and watch it later in the day. Most times we don't recognize your guests, but it matters not. You are the show and it's ALWAYS good. We especially love it when your mom is on. Keep enjoying her and letting us enjoy her. You are blessed to have her in your life. Keep it up. You are natural, honest and beautiful. What more do we need?

I'm a big fan of your show. I just love the suits that Bonnie's been wearing. Yesterday, I thought her outfit was flattering and today, I just loved the suit again. Not again, in a negative way. I remembered a comment Bonnie made about self image and the clothes she wears. YOU LOOK GREAT!! Thanks.
