SHOW RECAP
FRAN DRESCHER (Cancer Schmancer): You may find her distinct voice silly, but what she has to say about cancer isn't. A survivor, Fran will talk about the organization she started to help women take control of their healthcare and get cancer detected early.

JOEL WARD ('Masters of Illusion'): The say the hand is quicker than the eye and master illusionist Joel Ward is here to prove that when he shows Bonnie some of his amazing tricks. He'll get Bonnie to help him an illusion that will have you wondering, 'how did he do that?!?'

'KIM' AUDITIONS FOR 'IDOL': The day is finally here! We have the full clip of 'Kim' from 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' auditioning for 'American Idol!' Will she be going to Hollywood or going home? Tune in for the moment everyone is going to be talking about.

My husband and I love to watch your show. We work so we watch it on dvr at night, especially since there aren't that many great programs on at night. Your show is great! We have noticed though that the sound on the show is not very good. It's not that we are deaf, but at times the music overpowers you or your guests comments. We even look at each other like, what did he/she say? Keep up the great work.We love you!Patty and Jose'

I loved your show today..infact...Texas has been in an ice storm the last two days and so today I was off work. This is the first time I ever saw your show. It was fun! I loved it immensely. FRAN DRESCHER has always been a favorite lady of mine...she is wonderful. I am a breast, uterine and leukemia survivor...hence I am a fighter. I am not ready to go yet. Recent development has found spots on my lungs, however, I cannot afford to have much more testing done as I am dying in Medical Bills. You know what though? I look at things this way...there is someone else out there worse off then me. Hey keep up the fun on your show..it is just awesome. Loved your dolls..hehe, I haven't laughed like that in a long time. Big hugs
Kris

I like the dolls Marie makes and think these are great gifts for young girls. Do they come with info so the receiver learns about them?

I really enjoyed your show today.I was stuck at home due to the snow storm that hit Indiana. The little dog of Fran's was the cutest thing I ever seen. Also loved seeing Greenly's husband from All My Children, what a beautiful couple. Love you too Bonnie, your so down to earth.

The best part of being home today with the snow/ice mess in the Northeast was that I got to see the Bonnie Hunt show! I always laugh so hard, especially at the beginning, when the viewers really get to see what a comic talent Bonnie is. Her low-cut shirt being the source of comedy today was HILARIOUS! Keep up the good work! :)

Bonnie, love your show. Those "BONNIE HUNT DOLLS" are great. I looked it up on the website and i couldn't find out how to order them. The workout doll is exactly what i need. Please e-mail me with the information. Thank You.

Good Morning,
I thoroughly enjoy each show I get a chance to see. I am home today due to an East Coast snow/ice storm. I was so pleased to see Fran Drescher as one of your guests. I am a cancer survivor, melanoma, of6 years, 5 month survivor. One of the first things I did after the shock of the diagnosis dissapated a bit, was to read her book, Cancer Schmancher. It was funny and touching and let me know that I was not the only one whose Journey in live included cancer. Oddly enough shortly after I was diagnosed my younger sister Claire was diagnosed with colon cancer (she was 41 at the time, I was 52).Though given 6-12 months to live, she survived 35 months, passing on 3 years ago Saturday (1.31.09). leaving behind heartbroken friends and family and a 9 year old daughter, Lilly. Our middle sister Patty and I and Claire started a company called Spirited Sisters (www.spirited-sisters.com)shortly after Claire's diagnosis. Our mission is to enhance the environment in which patients are asked to heal and recover. Our first idea was to re-design the dreaded hospital gown. We call our garments the Original Healing Threads. (www.healingthreads.com).
Fran spoke of empowering women to take control of their bodies. We hope we are doing the same with our Healing Threads. Our goal is to help women feel better about themselves. Since they purchase these Healing Threads for themselves or get as a gift, they can say NO to whoever tells them to put on a hospital gown. In the Healing Threads they have their own garment that they can wear to their treatments and then return to work or home or shopping or lunch or whatever! They wash and dry in their own machines, they own them, they have their smell and no one wore them yesterday or died in them last week! We feel if someone is armed with the dignity and modesty that Healing Threads affords them, then they will feel empowered to question the medical people re their treatment, alternatives, get 2nd opinions, learn more about their diagnosis and become INVOLVED in their treatment; empowerment is a powerful thing!
Thank you for reading this, I wish someone could pass it along to Fran Drescher. I went onto her website but could not find a place to comment or blog.
Thank you,
Peg Feodoroff, President

OMG.. Bonnie I had a mouth full of coffee when you pulled the string on the first doll and my coffee went every where, even out of my nose... I have never laughed so hard in my life... I wont that first doll! Sylviadae

Ms Bonnie,
I have been a fan of yours for a number of years.
Your work on the Beethoven movies (and others) have been very enjoyable.
Hope you will consider doing more movies in the future.
You're such a beautiful person, would you consider wearing some lighter colored glass frames. The glass frames takes away from your beatiful facial features.
The show with Fran you also had a magic act. Now bad, but over the last few months there has been a program of a magician that has showed how these illusions/tricks secrets work -- so -- these acts aren't that entertaining anymore.
Enjoy your show .... How about another movie or a series of some kind.

Dear Bonnie,

I was home from school today for a snow day and I watched your show. I was creeped out about what you did to the American Girl Doll. American Girl Dolls shouldn't talk like that and they don't smoke!

And you shouldn't dress Hannah Montanna like that either!

I don't want you to think that I don't like you though. I do like you.

Love,

Cosette

Bonnie is absolutely hysterical. Today is my first time watching the show. I love it. Please keep Bonnie on the air. She is fantastic.

'KIM' AUDITIONS FOR 'IDOL'

This is the funnest thing I have ever seen.

I missed what kind of dog did Fran have, it first looked like a stuffed teddy bear, really cute how it just sat there!

Love your show - a used to be Chicagoan.

Can you tell me the breed of dog that Fran Drescher had on your show Wednesday?

We just adopted a French Bulldog and the dog on the show was fantastic.

Thanks for a prompt response.

Hello, Not sure if personally you read this bonnie, but whoever does, I LOVE your show. I am recieving the Eagle Scout award in a few months, and would Love an address where I can send the official request for a letter. Thank you if possible.

Hi Bonnie,
You have made my day!!! Thanks for looking so great as a woman and letting the world know that you are one hell of wonderful vision of your gender, and I'll be checking in each day to see you and your beauty on screen. She has a great body just like you and she let's the world see it, however she does it with taste, just like you. You go girl!! You are hot and just makes me feel good to watch you on your show. You are also very funny and any guy that was lucky enough to be in your presents, would have to concider his back account full!

Love you and the show. Keep us watching. I'm like your director, I've got my glasses on for your show!

Thanks,

Jack

Dear Bonnie,
I was home today d/t being sick. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in Oct,08 and have had 2 surgs and am currently going through radiation and am scheduled to start chemo in Feb. I'm thankful I still have a full time job and my company work's around my scheduled radiation tx's. Any way, Fran being on today was a fresh breath of air for me. It helps to know I'm not alone out there, though I have a wonderful supportive family, I'm also going to beat this minor satback in my life. I will be 61 this year and am looking forward to many more years with my husband and family. I am a nurse which doesn't make it any easier to go through what millions of women are going through. Sincerely, Brenda George, ONE MORE SURVIVER!
