Ingredients:
2tbsp. oil
1 ½ lbs. ground turkey
½ chopped onion
1 c. sliced mushrooms
½ c. beef broth
½ tbsp. Dijon mustard
½ c. milk
2 c. sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Hot buttered egg noodles
Chopped parsley
Jack’s Special Seasonings:
3 tbsp. flour
2 ½ tsp. Lawrey’s Salt
¼ tsp. white pepper
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. thyme
½ tsp. nutmeg

Directions
Heat oil in saucepan. Add onions and mushrooms, cook until soft. Add turkey, cook until browned. Now add Jack’s special seasonings, (flour, salt, pepper, garlic, sugar, thyme and nutmeg). Stir and combine well. Add beef broth, milk and Dijon mustard. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
Add sour cream and heat through.
Serve over warm egg noodles and garnish with chopped parsley |
